This is a book I'll be going back to again and again. I'm also seriously considering buying everyone I know a copy.
I absolutely loved this book. So many quotable nuggets by Matt Haig.
As someone with an anxiety disorder, I find that this book does a brilliant job of explaining why these kinds of emotional disorders are on the rise in the digital age. There is a brief segment about talking to turtles (did not resonate with me, seemed like a strange departure from the rest of the book's tone, but easy enough to forget).
Haig's remarks on reverse-mindfulness and minimalism are, in my opinion, brilliant.

Already I’ve started to make changes to my day to day life from the advice in this book. It’s as stunning as Reasons To Stay Alive and I connected with so much Matt is talking about. I can not recommend this enough, not just for anxiety and depression suffers, but everyone.
“Imagine if we had a day where we called human beings human beings.”

I’m really fascinated by Matt Haig’s mind, and have thoroughly enjoyed everything he’s written. Highly recommend this one if you’re looking for ways to quiet life and put electronics down.
