Decent entry in the Private series. There are lots of twists and turns in this book. The London Private office is trying to solve a kidnapping while the police department is trying to find a suspected serial killer. You think you know what’s going on then the story goes another way. Many surprises.

4! Really good novel...solid I guess is a better word! Way too predictable though! I still find myself wanting to read more of these novels for Jack's POV! I realize they pop into each novel BUT these last two novels don't hold water to the first two!!! Just enough to keep me reading IN HOPE of reading about Jack once again!

Absolutely fantastic. I love the Private Series by Patterson and this one confirmed my love. A wonderful story, with a few hitches in the road, as always. Great illustrations of characters, great use of the London setting and police culture. I can't wait to read the next one!

While Patterson novels are easy to read, some of them are hard as hell to take seriously. While the first PRIVATE novel was a bit dark, LONDON is like a MISSION IMPOSSIBLE movie (and there’s a reason why they are movies instead of books). The twists were clever, I must admit, but the main character thought things that he should have kept to himself, and is quite the narcissist (although you could feel bad for him when his daughter-in-law—?—was injured).

I didn't like this Patterson title. The writing was tired and cliche. Dan Carter from the London Private office agreed to provide security for college student Hannah Shapiro, a special project of Jack Morgan at the LA office. When Hannah is kidnapped, Dan must do everything he can to bring her back safely. A serial killer stealing body organs is thrown in to add confusion to the mix.

This was my latest audio book and part of the Private series. The story of two kidnappings gone wrong and a bigger story behind the kidnappings made this book an interesting listen.

Plot twist after plot twist.
I absolutely loved it! I loved the new characters, I loved the story, and I loved the conclusion. I cannot wait to read more from the London office! Until then I'll have to find myself a copy of Private Berlin to see how the German team does!

Not as good as the Jack Morgan books, but still a good read.

I enjoyed this installment of the Private series more than some of the predecessors. Interesting London Office employees and back story.

I love a good mystery/thriller. I love them even more when I don't already have it figured out 1/3 the way through. I don't honestly know if it is as obvious for everyone as it is for me, but sometimes the only reason I finish a book is to see if I am right. It isn't as thrilling when you've already gotten it figured out.

One of the mysteries in the story I didn't know until the end but it wasn't the primary plot line of the book so I didn't focus on it. It was the secondary plot line and wasn't propelling the storyline therefore I wasn't as interested in the resolution.

I will read more in this series because they are easy reads and I enjoy the speed at which I can read them.
