Honestly this was amazing, the world building and imagery was insane.
Quite heavy on the spice but definitely doesn’t take away from the plot what so ever by the ending it actually enhanced the depth of the twists and turns and pieces of the puzzle all fell together so well.
Perfect for fans of fourth wing, powerless and serpent and the wings of night.

I accidentally read the self-published copy, and I am very impressed by how well written it was. There were some mistakes here and there, but in a 600+ page long book that's bound to happen. Regardless, the story was very cohesive and very well-thought-out. Not a single scene out of place.

Also, I know this is more or less labeled as romantasy, but there's equals amounts of plot and romance (dare I say there's a bit more plot than actual romance?). So I was very pleased by that.

I'm VERY much looking forward to book #2 (whenever it gets published).
