Well, that was heart-wrenching—so uncalled for😔
Aaron and his cane are a comedic duo tbh, him wanting to always knock someone out with it will never not be funny.
I think the romance was engaging and heartwarming but there's no on-page bonding of their relationship; as for the rest of the plot, there were some holes. I think Tynion had to cover so many storylines that it ends up being a little predictable and messy.
I still liked it though and would love to read more of Aaron and Jace's story.

now I get what it's like for people to try to follow my train of thought, cause this was all over the place
 
there wasn't much building Aaron and jace's relationship, he just joined Aaron's room, Aaron was mad for a bit and baam they're in love
or at least it felt like it
