Not a diet book, but a book of tricks/tips that can help people manage/prevent/lower glucose spikes after eating. A lot of these are super easy and worth trying.

The information in the book was good (and I was able to confirm through reading other books/articles as well), but I wasn't a huge fan of her mentioning her IG account so much...felt like a big ad.

I hardcore *went* for this two weeks ago, and it's been life-changing (clichéd but true). Having said that, I don't think two weeks is enough time to start waxing lyrical, so I'm going to come back to this review on my birthday (which will be 4 months), so until thennnnnn.
