Reading nonfiction??? Blasphemy.

I hate to say it, I hope I don't sound ridiculous, but this was actually a pretty decent listen. Not going to lie, I expected this to be a lot of hand waving, but most of the strategies actually make a fair bit of sense. I don't know if I'm 100% convincing flatten glucose curves can cure everything, but I don't think that's what was being claimed, which is nice.

Sehr hilfreiche Tipps, jetzt muss ich sie nur noch umsetzen und schauen wie es mir geht. Auch wenn sich das Buch ein bisschen wie eine Werbung für ihren instagram account liest. Ist es doch sehr informativ. Mir gefällt wie sie gewisse Lebensmittel nich verteufelt, sondern sie neutral als das erklärt was sie sind. Und anstatt sie komplett zu verbieten, werden alternative Umgangsarten geboten.
