A really important book for EVERYONE. Talks about how the body deals with the insane amounts of glucose we eat nowadays and what we can do to flatten the spike. Backed up by HUNDREDS of cited academic/scientific resources. It was really great!
I get what others mean with this basically being an ad for the author’s instagram account, but after 3 days or so I already feel a slight improvement in my energy levels - my head certainly feels clearer! Curious as to the effects in a month or two, even if I only manage to implement just one of the hacks here and there :)

I appreciated how easy it was to comprehend how glucose affects our bodies. I really enjoyed this approach to health and have already tried some of the hacks mentioned. (4.5 starts because it took so dang long to finish!!)

A good indication of a 4+ star book for me is if I naturally talk about it and tell other people to check it out which I certainly have been doing! I feel like I need another re-read to be able to succinctly articulate the science-y stuff at the beginning but overall a great read
