I read and absolutely loved the Elsa and Aiden trilogy.

Deviant King (Royal Elite #1) – 4.5 stars
Steel Princess (Royal Elite #2) – 4.2 stars
Twisted Kingdom (Royal Elite #3) – 4.2 stars

To begin with, I was sucked down a rabbit hole right from the start of book one, and WOW, did I FEEL this book! It took me on an emotional roller coaster, part of me wanted off, but I could hardly put it down. I felt Elsa’s pain, and to be honest, I didn’t like Aiden much in this first book. I wanted Elsa to get the hell away from him. The anger and hatred he directed toward her literally made my stomach clench. I kept wondering how in the world these two were ever supposed to end up together.

Elsa lives with her aunt and uncle, who adopted her after her parents died in a fire when she was seven. She remembers nothing about them or her life before the tragedy that put her in the hospital. She later enrolls in an exclusive high school for the elite and well-connected, where she is targeted on her first day by Aiden—one of the Four Horsemen who rule the school. From that moment on, she becomes a pariah, either mocked or ignored by the rest of the students, except for another outcast named Kimberly, who becomes her best friend.

This torment continues for two years until the first day of senior year when Elsa has a run-in with Aiden. Up until this point, she’s wanted nothing more than to stay off his radar. Now, she’s his entire focus. Yikes!

LOVED this!! Aiden and Elsa are just so cute together. Probably the best bully romance I've read. It wasn't too much and it had the perfect blend of everything :)

book “zero” really didn’t help set up book one at all. in zero, we get dual pov & we learn who people are & levi’s story. i can’t imagine starting this series without it, but i could also see myself being okay with it (besides the mentions of levi leaving).
aiden is so freaking hot & cold, it’s so hard to like him when he’s back & forth every other chapter. it also had kind of a slow beginning, but it got so much better at like 75% & then it ended

Hmm.... not my favorite read, but I don't know how she did it because I couldn't put it down. Once again, the whole they're in highschool going through all this is weird. I also tend to prefer dual POV, but this was well done as a single POV. And the way she wrapped that up with that ending. Will be immediately starting the next book, lol.

I didn’t like that the characters were in high school. She should have made them college students. It was hard to read certain scenes knowing they were in high school.
