informative reflective fast-paced

I’m not typically a self-help book person, but I had heard lots of things about this one, and I can see why! This has a lot of practical tips on the importance of building habits and how to encourage good ones and discourage bad ones. At times certain aspects felt a bit obvious and repetitive, and there was also a lot covered in this, too much at times. However, there was also a lot of information and resources on habit building in ways that are doable and sustainable. I did find myself reminded of helpful mindsets toward goals and implementing aspects of it in my life. I think I might be curious about more self-help books in the future? But it would definitely have to be the right one. šŸ—£šŸ‘¤šŸŒ¤ļø

I came into this already familiar with some facets mindfulness and habit building, but I still found this non-fiction excellent. For me it reinforced the good things I know, planted food-for-thought, and taught me new things. Highly recommend for all.

I need to ruminate on this. I like the ideas. I like how the author put them on paper. All that is left is trying.
