This was a very quick listen (audiobook) that provided a lot of straightforward and digestible tips for creating good habits as well as breaking bad ones. The approach is very simple, which means it can easily be applied by almost everyone. I thought a lot of the suggestions were good, rooted in science/psychology, and easy enough to try in my daily life.

I also like that he has a website for this book where you can get all of the charts/organizers he talked about in the book as well as supplemental and additional information.

Nothing especially groundbreaking in 2021, but effectively puts these ideas into words. Well-organized, easy to understand, formulaic with lots of examples and anecdotes.

Great & simple presentation of information/steps to change one's habits (establish good ones, cease undesirable ones). The critical part is to implement this information into one's lifestyle/systems; otherwise, what is the point of reading this book?

All you need to know about habits and the environment they flourish in (or not).
I loved the summaries at the end of each chapter. As an audiobook it was alright. I will surely return to parts of this book - therefore it deserves all the stars.

The message of this book is simple: How even the most simple habits can change your life. I'm also a big fan of review and reflection of the past. Enjoyed the clear and simple delivery of the messages. Will often pick this one again for a re-read.
