Atomic Habits

There are some underlying issues with this book and its assumptions; however, the basic principles are, I think, quite useful. Worth reading if you're interested in learning more about, or changing, your habits. I will definitely be applying some of the advice to my own life.

ok but what if i don't wanna u ever think of that

This book has a lot of great information about building good habits, but it was a drag to get through. Every chapter feels the same and is predictable (much like daily habits... which might be the point). By chapter 14, I ended up just looking at the chapter summaries and then going back to skim for the important bits of each chapter. That way, I could skip all of the stories. I'm sure other readers like the stories just fine as they show the practice in action, but I just didn't need them and dreaded starting every chapter with some kind of date and some kind of person proving that they learned some kind of new habbit that changed their life. This book could have been just as successful without all of the extra fluffy bits.

moim zdaniem każdy powinien ją przeczytać

“Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become”

Really interesting stuff - no magic formula’s but a good guide to getting 1% better every day.

The best nonfiction and easy yo to understand. It was my first read. I thought reading would be a really boring thing. But it made me realise why people still read books in this day and age.
