No rating for this one. It's unfair for me to lower the rating since I read this book for the library, and I'm not a fan of graphic novels.

this one made me cringe!!! (in an intended way!)

Though I love where the arc ends up, the middle portion was difficult to get through. It's really fun to read as a companion novel, but I would definitely recommend reading this before Crunch (Click part 5). I am excited to see where these characters go in the future!

This graphic novel was not solely written and illustrated by Kayla Miller (as the Click series seems to be) and I feel like you can tell. The way these characters look, talk, and interact feels just slightly... off. It's good as its own thing, for sure, but if you're just expecting more of the Click, this might not meet that expectation. You can feel the elements that all of the contributors brought to the table and I think it succeeds in that sense.

This book is full of the sort of cringeworthy antics that trigger my sympathy embarrassment. Very well done but I wanted to hide under my covers on behalf of the main characters.

Picked up for Claire- super cute!
Beth and Chanda team up to house/dog sit for a neighbor. They make a couple bad choices but end up finding out honesty is the best policy! Super cute/wholesome story!

I really enjoyed diving into the world of Chanda and Beth! I haven't read any of the Click series yet but I plan to now, and I look forward to seeing the overlap of the two worlds and characters.
I love how Beth has a huge heart in this and she puts others before herself. To me, that says a lot coming from a 6th grader! I love how thoughtful she is thinking of her mom and wanting to buy her a special present for her birthday. Chanda is a very determined and opportunistic character and strives for success. I can definitely see her being a business owner (in a future world of Besties of course!) Chanda is trying to prove herself to her parents that she can be responsible and take care of a cat so you follow the two as they explore the world of local jobs and earning money. In the end, after some typical tween hijinks, everything works out for the pair and they learn some things in the process. Definitely recommend checking out this graphic novel!

This was so cute! I love the world of Click. Beth and Chandra are adorable and I love Countess Pawsbury. Great story and I’m looking forward to more stories!
