I absolutely loved this book. I couldn’t put this book down and read it within a day.

I definitely think that this book is unique. It definitely was not the same as other fantasy books that I’ve read and it was refreshing to read something mildly similar but also so different. This book had were elves, dwarves, as well magic and non-magic humans. And the romance? Well that was refreshing too – it wasn’t so completely smutty more along the lines of PG-13 or even PG but it was nice to have a break from the in your face romance and smuttiness, lol. And the idea of being able to “worldwalk” while in spirit form or in human form – is brilliant in my opinion and makes this book even more intriguing than it already is.

I love how Jamie does her world building. To me she is a genius and even though this is the second book that I’ve read of hers she always makes me feel like im right there with the characters and in their world. As if I can envision it being right in front of me, right in my eyes. Then the characters! I love how you can feel each and every characters own personality in this book. I love how I was trying to figure out who you could trust and who you couldn’t trust. I love that Jamie has a strong female character who has just as strong of a female mentor.

I can’t wait to see what is going to happen in the second book as well as how far she takes this series.

I was able to read this as an ARC reader and thought it was very enjoyable!

This is very fast paced, and definitely a quick read. You cannot afford to stop paying attention because things happen VERY quickly. All in all I really enjoyed the story and loved getting to participate in this.

It Ended Too Soon

A thrill a minute! The book is told almost entirely in the first person (from the primary protagonist's point of view), lending it an air of pseudo realism. Readers will want to go along on each journey...and the final one is no exception. Read it, you won't regret it.

First i want to thank the author for sending me an Arc copy, however, Its with a heavy heart that I had to DNF this. I wanted to like it but at 22% I had to stop realizing that this book wasn't for me. The main reason being I've been slowly transitioning out of the Y/A space for a while now.
My biggest issue is that we are thwarted right away in finding out who our MC truly is when we never got a chance to see her before she has this revelation and I didn't get a chance to get to know her and fall in love with her character. It was very fast pace.
With the pacing however I will say this if a teenager or a person trying to get back into fantasy again this book would be perfect since it gets to the point and doesn't slam slam you with a lot of information!

I was given an arc copy of this book for an honest review.

Okay so I really enjoyed this book! I did feel like sometimes the pacing was really fast and I would have liked if maybe there was a little more world building / character building in there.

I also wish Adelyn had more encounters with Venlian. Cause his comment of “I saw I was more then a mere mention in your story” well I’m just stuck on that! Nolan is cute but I want elf boy

I am in love with the idea of this “world walking.” It’s an amazing concept to have this ability to walk through worlds! This book is well written and very intriguing. It’s got just enough of a love story to keep it interesting while still being appropriate for younger readers.

I was able to read this as an ARC and this story was amazing. Adelyn was an amazing character and I loved seeing her learn about her powers and use them for good. This was an amazing first book of a series and I am dying to read the second one when it comes out!

Worldwalker is a YA fast pace plot driven story with a little romance.Adelyn finds out well she is asleep she can Worldwalker. She thought that humans only roman the earth but they wrong. She has to learn to own power and grow with them. I recieved this arc from the author for honest review and I cant wait for more.

Read this as part of an ARC.

I loved this story. For me it was fast paced and full of character and depth for those characters. My only complaint is that I have to wait for book 2. I also can't wait to see who the MC decides to build a relationship with. I'm rooting for Venny

Worldwalker was a unique fantasy book! As much as I love ACOTAR and all the other books similar to that, it was refreshing to see something a little different. There were elves, dwarves, and magic and non-magic humans. There was a bit of romance (sweet and innocent, nothing spicy, PG13), but mostly focused on the task at hand, fixing a 500-year old qualm between 2 kingdoms.

The world building was really good, the magic system is still only partially defined and I’m curious to see where the author takes it in the coming books! However, I’m still a little wary of the characters. I don’t know who to trust. I have my opinions, but I’m excited to continue the series and figure out who I actually can trust.

Adelyn was a strong female lead. Her mentor was also female, teaching her magic that has been 500 years forgotten. There were only a few times she relied on a man, and the rest of the time, she was saving their lives. She had a strong support system of men and women.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I found the writing to be simple and easy to read. It was also a quick read. This feels like a good book to read if you need to get out of a reading slump, quick, easy, and entertaining read. Looking forward to the sequel!
