I love to walk and this has good advice for being more present on my walks.

Enjoyable read for those looking for a reminder on basic mediation concepts.

as a 15 month old baby i found this very helpful

Quick read on slow walking. How's that for irony? First book I read by Thich Nhat Hanh. It is written with simple soothing language and it's an easy read with an important message: how you walk can change your state of mind and well-being. Walking meditation was not a new idea to me. What I love about this short ebook is how the author makes it so simple, so accessible, and so creative that you may actually be inspired to do what he says as you read, to go outside and walk this way: in sync with your breath, full of love and joy and gratitude as your feet touch Mother Earth, regardless of where you are and what your destination. So yes to learning to walk well all over again.
