ספר מדהים!

הרגשתי שאני רואה פרק של מחשבות פליליות מלא במתח, טוויסטים מפתיעים שהשאירו אותי בשוק עד העמוד האחרון, ממליצה בחום!

Loved this one as well as Where the blame lies. Constantly on edge wanting to know who the killer was!

Although I liked the first book more, this was still a really good sequel! It was definitely thrilling, mysterious, and tense, and at some points I couldn’t put it down. I thought the plot was great but there was so much going on it was hard to keep up with at times. I loved seeing Reed all grown up and the relationship he developed with Josie and her family, but I felt that his relationship with Liza was too similar to the relationship between Josie and Zach in the first book, it lacked originality. I also felt like it lacked depth, but I understand this was primarily a mystery/thriller and not a romance novel. I thought the author did a great job of wrapping up this story with a satisfying ending, and the epilogue was sweet. Overall this was a great murder mystery/thriller/suspense book with some romance, but I still think the first one’s storyline was more interesting.

Meh… liked the first one better. This one felt too similar with the dynamic of Reed and Liza. There was still quite a lot of moralizing in this story, too much for me. I gave up when the cops were confused about what a pot leaf looks like? The murder plot was too slow and overly complicated.

This continues the mystery in Where the Blame Lies and what an insanely exciting conclusion. I really have no words to explain the magic of this book. It is so much more than a mystery novel.

It tells a story of horror, anguish and the most despicable things. It tells a story of survival, hope and love. It shows us that occasionally a demon can show moments of redemption. I need more time to do this review justice so I'm just going to say, read this book and do yourself a huge favor and read the book before it. I loved these books and highly recommend.
