I reserved the addition of the 5th star due my own struggle to pay attention to details what I thought was an excellent, succinct, truthful, surprisingly immersive, encouraging and educated approach to “changing your life”. Simply put it is an easy enough suggestion to stop doing the things you know you shouldn’t and Dispenza walks the reader through a step-by-step guide. It’s an eloquent approach simply getting started on one of life’s most difficult challenges, investing in oneself. It’s one of the most uplifting and informative books I’ve read in a long time.
The book had repeated narrative of concept. The concepts were good, but was made lengthy unnecessarily and could've explained in 25%the of the current size.

I went through something very awful and I was stuck in the past. So, my mom recommended me this book and after finishing it, my life has been altered for the best. I believe it has helped me heal better and changed my mindset. And I won’t deny that my life has definitely improved exponentially and I have never been more happier. It has really helped my healing journey and I am forever grateful. I am a changed person now and I will no longer be stuck in the past and constantly blaming myself for everything. If you genuinely want to change for the better, i recommend this book 100%
