A fun Deadpool title. In the last five to seven years I thought there has been an over saturation of Deadpool, most of which lost the feel of the classic 90s stuff. This title although not quite like the that great run is better than a lot of the stuff out there. My favorite aspect of Deadpool has always been the fact that his crazy antics are covering up some real dark feelings. That was touched upon a lot in early Deadpool stuff but not so much of late. Posehn and company briefly touch upon that idea a couple times in the first couple of issues of this run collected in this graphic novel. I'm excited to pick up the rest of this run and see where they go with the character.

This is a great introduction to the character, and the universe he inhabits. I say this as a lifelong DC fan who grew up totally ignorant of Marvel: if you're curious about how the other half lives, Deadpool is a surprisingly good way to navigate those foreign waters.

Still one of my favourite Deadpool books and the start of one of my favourite Deadpool runs. Now I finally own it.

I found it great fun to buy the book about killing undead American Presidents in the States. It helped me I think. I needed something fun.

Anyway, a lighthearted book that also takes Deadpool seriously. Also he mentions being Canadian a few times and how he'd know who these people were if they were Prime Ministers (which might make him the only Canadian who could XD)

It’s that time! Deadpool is officially getting a crossover issue! The King in Black arc is about to invade Wade’s world in Deadpool #10. And we all know exactly how chaotic (and entertaining) that’s going to end up being.

Knowing what we do about the King in Black, it makes sense that the little plot of territory Deadpool has carved out for the monsters wouldn’t be left untouched. It is sort of directly in the middle of many of the fights occurring right now. Even if Deadpool doesn’t see that.

On the bright side, that means we’re about to see how Deadpool reacts to this latest world event. It’ll probably involve more than his fair share of snark. But then, what plot doesn’t make use of his wit and undying urge to spew out quips?

This was so meta, and I love that I'm enough of a history nerd that I genuinely laughed at all the president jokes.
For instance this one:

absolutely killed me.

The dry, dead pan humor of Deadpool always gets me. And honestly this subject was so strange, and so random, and I think that's why it actually worked.

Deadpool matando presidentes norteamericanos zombies. Mola, pero me esperaba más. Es gracioso en contadas ocasiones.

Even with some inaccuracies the entire arc delivered. With Deadpool and his usual witty sarcastic banter, Brian Posehn did a good job writing and I believe Tony Moore's artwork is a perfect for Deadpool series

It wasn't funny, nor was it entertaining. You'd think the combination of Deadpool with all the dead presidents would have at least given me a few laugh out loud chuckles, but no. Subpar, especially after just having finished all of Cable & Deadpool, which was both funny and entertaining.

I ain't 'fraid of no ghost. With dead presidents wrecking havoc upon The United States of America after being resurrected in the hopes of saving America, there's only one person that can save the country. Well, actually, there are quite a few people, but the job lands in the hands of Deadpool. Can he save everyone, or will he end up doing more damage than good?

Humorous, action-packed, full of gore, and plenty of fourth wall breaks. This story isn't going to be winning any awards for thought-provoking dialogue or a mind-boggling plot, but it's still a ton of fun. Deadpool is such an out there character that it doesn't even seem weird to see him slashing his way through evil, zombified ex-presidents. Everything about this is ridiculous and over the top and I had an absolute blast. However, I'm glad that this doesn't break the 200 page mark as I feel like, after an extended period of time, it could become a somewhat tedious read with the juvenile humour going from fun to overdone.
