I can breath again, I was holding my breath for those last few chapters. The final days with these beloved characters was intense and very satisfying. I rolled through the whole emotional scale on this last ride, happy, sad, nervous, ugly crying, fear, stressed, doubt, anger and joy. I also suffered from insomnia, this book invaded my dreams, waking me several times a night with a flash on energy as my mind mulled over the last few pages. The book ended in a wonderful way fitting for these fabulous characters.
I am very happy that I found this author and series, both are in my top 5. Barrons my fictional book boyfriend, will forever be etched into my being, he was an incredible character. He might be my favorite but I loved them all, over the years even in the difficult stages.
Thank you KMM for all your genius and time.

This series is unfortunately losing steam but the first 7 we’re really good. Now there’s too many characters to care about.

What a « final » book! I loved everything about it. KMM has the best pace for every book (considering my taste). Some people didnt like where She was going with the Serie, thought Mac was becoming boring, but honestly, there are 11 books so at some point it is simply normal that some of them are less interesting/fast paced. The ending was predictable but i wanted it thats way i think. The psychology of the characters *chefs kiss*. The evolution of Barrons and Mac OMG, the slow burn She did was totally worth it.

I had been restraining myself from reading this for a year. No, over a year actually.

I never wanted the Fever Series to end. And that’s why I wanted to wait under High Voltage cake out to read this one.

ARGHGAHHGEJEH.

I don’t know how to feel. On one hand, it’s beautifully written and doesn’t disappoint. On the other hand, it didn’t give me that heart-pounding thrill that Shadowfever did. I didn’t even swear when flipping through the pages.

I loved how Barrons and Mac’s relationship evolved. Loved loved loved. (That ending tho...)

I loved Dani and Dancer. Ryodan devolved from a megamind genius with cunning to a lil’ mushball. BUT THEN SHAZAM CAME AND HE WAS WEIRD AND AWESOME AS EVER AND THST MADE EVERYTHING OKAY.

But there was something missing. Maybe it’s cause I have been unhealthily hyping myself for over a year.

Karen Marie Moning is fantastic! Hands down one of my favorite authors. I've been a Fever series fanatic from the get go and this was an entirely satisfying ending. Can't wait for Dani's story to continue!

I have loved the Fever series. I have become completely immersed in every book – I love that every “good” character is still flawed and that even the “bad” characters occasionally do good.
I think this was a fitting ending to the series – it did not tie everything up in a bow. I like that not every character gets a happy ending (even though I cried while reading some of those not-happy endings) and I love that we are left to wonder what wonder what happened next.
I would absolutely recommend this series, it is one that I will read again (and again).
