My favorite couple and my favorite book in the whole series! Jaxon and Lennon had such cute quiet chemistry and they felt the most organic.

Well I cried no less than 10 times. So this book deserves more than 5 stars. I love a good playboy who turns absolutely in love for one woman. There’s no mistaking his love from
The beginning. Both these characters were perfection. The banter was fun and funny. The group dynamics is just life. I want to be apart of the friend group!

“Thank you for falling with me. I don’t think I could’ve survived falling alone.”
I will never look at the stars or tulips (my favorite flower) the same way ever again. Truly a life changing book. Jaxson & Lennon are a top 5 book couple for me for sure. The easy banter, the selfless romantic gestures, the tension, the spice, the love, the COMMUNICATION. They were everything.
One night stand, friends with benefits, forced proximity/roommates.... hockey romance ofc.
Prepare to bawl your eyes out like a baby if you read this :)
WONDERFUL example of what your life and love can look like when you don’t settle for a love that is less than you deserve -
“That the thought I might have married him, might have never met Jaxon, might have had to live my entire life without ever knowing what real, selfless love felt like would be gutting enough to bring me to my knees every day this week in the shower, where I would drown my cries beneath the patter of rain.”
The most perfect execution of found family to exist -
“These guys have a special, once-in-a-lifetime way about them, the way they accept each other so wholly and without question, show up for each other day in and day out. It’s rare to find that, and I can’t accept that somehow, after all these years, I’ve found it. Surely, I can’t be lucky enough to keep it.”

Fall With Me is the fourth book in the Playing for Keeps series, and it completely won me over with its mix of heart, humor, and healing. After a broken engagement, Lennon Hayes heads off on what was supposed to be her honeymoon alone. A chance meeting with NHL defenseman Jaxon Riley changes everything. What starts as an unexpected connection turns into something much deeper when Lennon returns home to find herself working as the Vancouver Vipers’ team photographer… and Jaxon is one of the players.
The chemistry between Lennon and Jaxon was off the charts, and I adored watching their relationship blossom. From the way they supported each other’s healing to the hilarious cat photoshoots and even the Crocs moments—every little detail made their story feel real and relatable. I especially loved Jaxon’s sweet, thoughtful side (looking out for her allergies? swoon 😍) and how he slowly let his guard down with both Lennon and his teammates.
While I love the boys (and Carter was slightly less annoying here 😆), I did find the girl group’s convos a little too focused on sex at times—I wished for a bit more depth there. But seeing Adam and Rosie again (and Adam’s moments with Lily 🥹) totally melted my heart. This story perfectly captures the beauty of found family, growth, and second chances.
Read this if you love:
🏒 Sports romances
🏒 Slow-burn
🏒 Found family
🏒 Characters that are beautifully flawed but fiercely lovable
Fall With Me was real, raw, and ridiculously sweet—another winner from Becka Mack!

This was cute, a little like Liz Tomfordes series and writing but I don’t know which was written first.
Be warned very spicy and hero is def a ladies man.
This book felt longer than it needed to be.
