Hades is a Badass Bitch! Okay?!? She's what Madison Kate aspires to be! I'm enjoying every minute of this series so far and have found myself cracking up laughing!

I definitely like Hades more than MK and hopefully I’m able to finish this entire series because I barely made it to book 3 with MK before I got extremely bored.

So far I’m loving Lucas

ugh I'm really torn on these.... so close to being so very very good but I have to say if a man treated his partners like this I would be screaming for them to run. I get it- Hades has to be tough- she doesn't have to be emotionally abusive to them. I don't love that part of the dynamic but I'm already this deep into the universe, there's no leaving now. We're seeing this one through to the end ladies and gents. Also- daddy Cass needs justice because there's no effing way.

I refuse.

Solid Beginning

The ending of this book was fantastic, but the first half was slow. I also feel like I am missing some important piece of information regarding Hades and I almost feel like I was reading in a haze. I am excited for the second book because this one did pick up and get more interesting.

I have mixed feelings about this. I absolutely love Hades. She's absolutely perfect and deserves the entire world. However, her choice in men has me fucking startled. Zed doesn't count, he's also perfect but Lucas and Cass *gag*. Lucas is a child in fucking high school. That shit is nasty. Like he couldn't be a freshman at SGU. Not that it is any better but jeez high school. And the fact Seph likes him. I wonder how that is going to go over between them. And Cass *eye roll*. He's a twat and it's going to take a while to get to how much I liked his character in MK's books. Also, idk if I'm remembering this correctly, but the fact that he got his ass beat by a bunch of 20s is disappointing. I don't mind that he's older than Hades is the fact he's so fucking wishy-washy with his feelings about Hades. Like how can you expect her to fall all over you when you rejected her. Dumbass. I'm also Zed a dumbass for not admitting his feelings for her.

Besides all of that, I like this a lot. It is a lot darker than MK's book and I love that. I love that Hades is a badass bitch that doesn't need anyone if she decides she doesn't need them. I really feel for her that she has to put on this facade just to survive in this world. Ugh, I love her. I'm super excited to continue on with the series.

The end was the most interesting part of this book. It is definitely plot driven over sex driven. I’m intrigued enough to see where this is going, but kind of confused about how things are going to progress. If Zed is a bad guy I’m going to be pissed, but I’m pretty sure that his weirdness is because of him liking her.

Left on a cliffhanger so excited for book 2

I think Tate James and I are just not meant to be. I didn't like Madison Kate and I was hopeful for Hades, but she comes off as imposter syndrome tough girl.

Like some scenes, she's pulling guns and straight bad ass and then the internal monologue sounds like she's in high school. I am glad Tate James has loyal fans who eat her stories up. She's got potential, this is just not my cup of whiskey.

Another slice of pure beauty under a pen of Tate James.

7th Circle is so rousing, gutsy, and rebellious, it's almost hard to take it all in.
If you had a chance to read the MK Series, you already know how balsy this heroine is.

Hades is the leader. Five years ago she masterminded a massacre that could be easily called a bloody bath. She's a fiery red head with skills of a killer. She's cold hearted, she's fiesty, she's fierce and most important, she's respected.
She has a nose for invaders. When she's teaching a lesson, she makes sure everybody listens.

She's surrounded by men, but she only trusts one - Zed.
When strange thing starts to happen, things only she, Zed and a dead somebody had a knowledge of, she has yet again to prove herself. But first she has to find the one who has risen from the ashes.

And fear not, there are some sexy sceenes in 7th Circle. She sure doesn't trust, but she likes to have fun.

This story is so badass. So much attitude!
