For someone familiar with Paris and loves reading about rich exotic foods it is a better fit.  The plot moved too slow for me. I wish Stella well.

An amazing coming of age story that proves you don’t have to be a teenager/young adult to have a life alternating adventure.

A heart warming story of overcoming traumas and found family, both literary and literally. Filled with gorgeous description of Paris history, from famous writers to famous spots, vintage clothes, and food.

This book was pure delight! Stella’s awakening, growing confidence, and zest for life was contagious, and I adored her and all of the members of her community / found family. I loved Paris in her - and Jules’, and Lucie’s — eyes. The artistic mystery that Stella and Lucie solved was a page turner. This was a book I didn’t want to put down, and I’d love to read more about the life Stella creates for herself à Paris.
