The perfect ending of this extraordinary series! Some parts had me crying, others had me wanting to throw the book at a wall, and others forced me not to look away. I really and truly wish there was more to this series- but be sure I’m going to get Kingdom of the Wicked as soon as I can! If you have not already read the Stalking Jack the Ripper series- what are you waiting for?

I enjoyed the conclusion to this series. However, even though I do love the romantic interest, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the majority of this book was more focused on romance than murder and mystery solving.

So many twists and turns that I wasn’t expecting I loved the ending to this series

There will be lots of spoilers in this review. So starting off I would like to say that it was a mistake to read this during my exam week because By the time I got to reading I only had a couple working brain cells. And I was very emotional while reading this. I was twice as nervous and twice as happy. It enhanced my reading experience in a way. There was a lot of fluff in the beginning and Thomas was saying all the right things. Audrey Rose's Grandmother was an amazing character. I loved reading about her. The wedding was devastating, I was so excited for it. But everything went horribly wrong. I hate Miss Whitehall and Thomas's father for doing this. I was happy that they were able to get away. The heartbreak was written very well. I felt all the despair they felt. The mystery was phenomenal once again. I had no idea who the killer was. I once again suspected the American Boy Noah and I was once again wrong. I guess I don't trust nice people in this series, lol. I loved how the author referenced previous books in the series and expanded on them. Learning more about what went down was interesting and I loved every part of it. When Thomas and her Uncle were poisoned, I was barely hanging on. The author had the power to shatter my heart and I will be grateful forever that she didn't. Audrey Rose's Grandmother saved the day by using her high contacts to get the union between Audrey Rose and Thomas become real and binding. I love this series with all my heart and I am glad that it got a happy ending. I am so sad that it is over but at least it ended well.

An amazing ending to an amazing series. I’m very happy with the ending!!

Best written out of all the books. Great conclusion to the series.

Adored this entire series. Maniscalco draws you right in from book one and has you hooked. Capturing the Devil is a full throttle ride of vengeance, intrigue, and of course love. The ending to Thomas and Audrey Rose's story was a journey but so beautiful. It is a skilled story teller who can write a love story and serial killer plot spanning four books seamlessly. I am sad to see this story end but I now have a new favorite series!
