I felt like there were a lot of helpful tips throughout this. While I would have difficulty implementing the entire plan that Dr. Mike lays out, certain parts of the plan could easily be implemented in my day to day life. Overall, it was very informative and I think insightful on how to implement dietary and lifestyle changes to better your cognition and abilities based on neuroscience and research.

An excellent introduction to how the brain works, and how things can go wrong. Brain fog is a common side effect of many chronic illnesses, and Dr Dow gives important advice on how to combat it through many different areas of diet and lifestyle.

I finished reading it. Now I'm going to try the 21 day plan. I'll rate and review it once I'm finished with that. The proof of the pudding is in the tasting they say.
I had to abandon this book due to so much classism, ableism, and fat phobia. There’s a way this could have been presented to get the points across without having to put others down. Ultimately, good information. However, packaged in ways that harm people.
So I tried to listen to more of this today, but honestly I don't have time to listen to a self-help book that makes me feel guilty about taking meds and makes me feel like I can only shop at super organic markets to have a clear mind. I'll pass, thanks.
This time the focus is not on your weight but on your brain and the "fog" that sometimes covers it and makes our life difficult because we can't focus. Trough a special program of 21 day the author tries to balance our life trough the right food, drinks and exercise to end with a special regard to our spiritual life, too often forgotten. Interesting and clear.

Attraverso un programma speciale della durata di 21 giorni l'autore cerca di riequilibrare la nostra vita attraverso la giusta alimentazione (cibo e bevande) la giusta quantitá di esercizio fisico e senza tralasciare la nostra parte spirituale, che invece, e spesso accade, viene solitamente dimenticata. Chiaro ed interessante.
