I don't like being harsh but unfornunately I have to.
I didn't like nor hate this book. I felt nothing while I was reading it and I feel nothing now, when I've finished it. Makes me sad because because I actually enjoyed the second quarter of the book. But after that it went downhill.
Even tho the magic system was interesting was explained I don't think it was used enough.
Before I starting reading the book I read that it was focused on sisters's relationship and agree with that. But sadly author included romance too and I think these two different relationships weren't done properly together.
It was like in one moment we were focusing on the romance and when the love interest left we sudenly remembered how important the sister was for us and vice versa.

Of all of the books that definitely did not need to be a series and are, I definitely feel like there was enough in the wonderful story to span two or three books and I would have loved it. I still loved it, but I definitely would have enjoyed being able to spend more time in this lovely world.

this book was good and i thought the concept was relatively unique. i think this story could have benefitted from being made into a duology in order to create more mystery and increase the direness of the conflict but overall it was well done. i loved the sister aspect. i just wish there was more mystery instead of everything being laid out in the open.

Started off slow, found the beginning of the story disconnected and hard to get into. Once the story was established, it was wonderful and had a really great ending.
