I liked portions of this story, but mainly wanted to strangle Sydney!!! Soooo frustrated with her character!!! WTF waits 5 months to tell their pregnant?!?! Actually I was equally frustrated with Declan.

Just seemed like much unneeded drama and I was over it.

I’m not sure how Corinne continually does it but she seems to top every book she puts out.

Talk about second chances and how this blew it all out of the water. I’m in love with Declan and Sydney.
They are both so strong willed and hard headed.They both know of to get under each others skin but know when they’ve gone too far. The love that has never gone away even though they have both tried. Ugh this book is just so perfect! I just couldn’t put it down but didn’t want to finish it because I didn’t want it to end.

If second chance love stories is your thing, you need to grab this one ASAP!

I understand that no character is perfect but Declan had so many flaws that made it so hard for me to like him and Sydney's behaviour was just pathetic. I thought, after hearing his thoughts about babies and marriage, she would stop begging him but no, she disappointed me. The only reason I am giving this book three stars is because of the angst and the side characters. The little scenes of Hadley with Declan & Sydney were very adorable! The whole book was honestly a mess. It took a huge situation

for Declan to finally get his head out of his ass. His reasoning felt like a whole load of bullshit and honestly, the reason all the brothers left town

because their dad killed off Ellie's parents in a car accident while drunk driving

was so stupid. Still the books in the series are enjoyable and can be read in a day.
