I was so excited to get to this book!
I’ve always had a crush on Nova (as did every single woman and some men in Entrance) and as the majority of the people I can certainly relate to Lila’s unrequited love.
And this was even better than my expectations. Nova is so much more than his looks, he is artistic, caring and smart.
Lila as a fmc is powerful. She is so brave and sweet.
So they are the main reason this is my favorite Fallen Men book of the ones published so far.
Also, Giana’s writing is fantastic. I’m always amazed at how different she writes each characters pov.
Beautiful beautiful book.

I ate this up!!!!
There is a 12 year age gap between Nova and Lila. They met when she was 5, and his family moved into her neighborhood. Lila came from a violent family. Nova was always there to protect her, and he became her best friend. At a very young age, Lila knew she loved Nova. He had been known as Casanova and all the ladies flocked to him. Lila hoped that Nova would see her as a woman, and love her back. Nova has a lot of self doubts, but something happens where he realizes that she isn’t the little girl he grew up with anymore.
There is soooo much angst in this. I felt a little bad for Lila when she kept getting rejected by him. The way their friendship to relationship bloomed was SO beautiful. I loved his realizations, and how he couldn’t resist. The spice is some of the hottest I’ve read, and I think it just has to do with the insane amount of built up chemistry. I loved all the flower references, his artwork on her, and the hidden messages. *sigh* Nova is such a good man.

I loved this book so much!! Unrequited love is a favorite trope of mine (I even made a specific shelf on Goodreads) so I have been anxiously waiting to read this one. Then to have won an early copy, I was over the moon!! Nova and Lila’s story was so much better than I was expecting. This one is actually my favorite of all I’ve read so far.
I am normally not a fan of flashbacks, but for these two it added so much to their story. Lila and her brother Dane had endured so much in their childhood, it was heartbreaking. But the relationship between the siblings was absolutely beautiful. Then with the appearances of the Booths, especially Nova, their entire world changed. The magnitude of what the Booths gave the siblings was truly truly awe-inspiring.
I really have no words to describe what I feel about the relationship between Nova and Lila. The absolute love these two have for each other is astronomical. Granted it took Nova a while to realize the escalation and difference in the type of love he was feeling for Lila, but Lila knew from childhood what he meant to her.
There is so much more that happens in their story and I really do not think I can give justice to all the greatness this book was, but just be prepared to shed some tears, feel your heart break and ache, gasp and squirm (those sexy scenes are off the charts!). Inked in Lies was a fantastic read and it is a must read. I highly highly recommend it!!

This series goes from strength to strength. The characters are amazing and the romance is beautifully written.
Lila inspired me. Inked in lies made me believe that even when you think love is out of the question, people can surprises you.
Lila had a passion and deeply cared about her family. She was willing too enter a dangerous situation to protect her found family. The people who cared for her. Her optimism and brightness was intoxicating. I love her so much. I also have a strange feeling that Lila has a deeper connection to the villain of the series.
Nova may be a fallen tattooed biker but he is also human, with real emotions. The way that masculinity is explored through his character is amazing. We need more books that do this. That openly talk about male emotions and show men being emotional and vulnerable.
This book is full of angst and mystery. I was so invested in the book. Giana’s writing is always able to capture my attention from the get go. I wouldn’t be opposed to another book from their POV. ‘Wink Wink ‘

I swear this series just gets better and freaking better! Lila may be my very favorite biker babe ever… or her and Harleigh Rose can covet that spot together. But the way Lila loves so fiercely after everything she’s endured in her life was astounding. And the fact that her sights were set on Jonathan “Casanova” Booth, made this story so much more interesting.
Nova… where to start! Epically gorgeous, but full of a depth and intelligence that no one else sees the way his Flower Girl does. I was hooked on him since book one and I’m so happy I got to experience his HEA.
