i feel like this book has definitely earned four stars. The writing most of the time is beautiful, though it may be a lil hard to digest the storg

throughout this book i was severely emotionally violated and i loved every second of it

lets just say a lot happened in this book. enjoyed it nonetheless!

def recommend! I hadn't expected it to be this immersive.

Really pretentious of me to say, but this felt like such a *2022 read, and them referencing some well crafted classics with deeply resonating motives and culmination. And the book tried to achieve it too, but in it's own way. Kinda fell back on its back because I was reminded constantly of the masterpieces, which made this story.

*2022 read - swear words that try to make it powering but it just falls flat, made their characters too stereotypical even though that may have been the whole point but it may have backfired. Lesbian love just isn't portrayed as I would like it to (mostly it was about attraction).

Honestly reading this book really frequently came to the conclusion that this would work better as a film with it's imagery.

Another nit-pick, I apologize for my behavior, I, for the life of me, couldn't understand what was the prime audience.
1. People who have read classics which were references and the classics woven into the story
or
2. People who were oblivious and only knew of the classics names.
Because there was a whole paragraph or maybe a sentence saying basically "this is so much like the strange case of Dr Jekyll and mr. Hyde. The concept of soul-splitting".
I think we all understood honey, you have referenced this piece of literature or mentioned it 3-4 times before you saying this.

cute as always!
