I'm in love with TRIPP HOLLIS. My lord. This man is perfection.

Magnolia and Tripp have known each other since Magnolia and Tripp's sister, Noah, became besties. Since they were kids. She has always had a thing for him but he would not out right return those feelings due to a traumatic experience in his past that made him felt undeserving of happiness. He does, however, finally decide he is deserving and when he lets Magnolia know, HE LETS HER KNOW!!!

Magnolia has been crushing on Tripp for ever, since he would not give her the time of day, beyond friendship, she placed herself in a toxic relationship. The on and off finally is off but one drunken night and we have an accidental pregnancy.

I enjoyed this book. Tripp was beyond perfection! He was all in regardless of the pregnancy and what he did for her during, swoon! This man let her know in every way he was hers. Magnolia only knowing toxic relationships had to come around.

I was surprise by the mouth on Tripp. Not even mad about it but sheeeessssshhh had me blushing while reading it. The whole Hollis family appeared and I think Brooke does a very good job not letting them overpower the story line and keeps it about Tripp and Magnolia.

It's been a couple years and Noah, the youngest of the Hollis family and only girl has a one night stand with a guy twice her age. Come to find out, it's her ex boyfriends dad, Fisher Underwood! Yeah, that had a hold on me from the jump and could not put the book down! Want to add a little bit more, she "ghosts" him and she finds out he is the new farrier for her families ranch!!!

Noah is independent, strong, witty, fierce! She is gives strong FMC vibes!
Fisher is sweet, caring and still dealing with grief and guilt from a tragic accident where he lost one of his children 10 years ago which then put a strain on his relationship with his son, Jase, Noah's ex boyfriend.

These two try to stay away from each other but it is just impossible. This book was soo good!!! The growth between all characters was amazing. I think Brooke did a really good job with the struggles Fisher and Jase were having with their relationship and what needed to be done to resolve this.

The Hollis family dynamic was perfection. I love a book/series where we have this! I flew through this book and immediately after picked up the next one! This was an amazing read!

The Prequel to the Sugarland Creek Series starts with Laney and Ayden.

Ayden being 18 is finally living his home. This is due to an abusive home life and he wants Laney to come with him but she can't due to responsiblities with her mother and the store. He leaves and due to Ayden not wanting his dad to find him, falls off the grid in a way and they lose contact but not their love as 10 years later Laney find him. She wanted to tell him that his best friend passed away along with other things she has been needing to tell him from the past 10 years. Another being, his daughter Serena Mae.

I enjoyed this. Ayden and Laney were true soulmates! I am so happy Laney found him and they were able to reconnect and get their HEA!

This is the prequel of the series and I highly recommend reading it first as they are mentioned in the other books!

Second book in the series and it was so good!
Bea has been broken up with her boyfriend, Rob Rawlings but her working with the Chaos now puts her in contact with the older Rawlings brother, Cooper. With a situation occurs where Bea's safety is involved, Cooper invites her to stay with him and his daughter Lucy. However, Cooper has had the hots for Bea but has hid those feelings due to his brother. However, forced proximity works it's magic and does not disappoint.

Bea is wanting to live her life and experience things she has not. I love how Bea realized what she wanted and what she deserved and even stood up for it! Did I mention, she makes a list of things she wants to take part of and who better to help then Cooper..right?!

Cooper is perfect! I love how he falls first. I love how he fell first but held his feelings out of respect for his brother. I know, I know, but sometimes the people we are with are not the people we are meant to be with and without being in those relationships we don't meet the one we are to be with. He is also an amazing daughter, Lizzy. I loved how Maggie incorporated her within the story. How much Lizzy loved Bea and they had their own relationship.

The banter was there, the story was there! Maggie threw in just the perfect amount of suspense to keep you wanting to see what was going to happen. When you find out you are going to be like..well, why didn't I think it was.....that! Oh, and the spice was spicing!!! *insert camping scene*

I enjoyed this book so much!

What a cute little opposites attract, summer time, rivals to lovers read.

Aida and Ben are both recent graduates from college ready for their summertime plans. Aida is house sitting as she is trying to relax to get ready for law school and Ben, well he is ready TO LIVE IT UP as even though he is graduated and with plans for the future, he is not looking forward due to the demand of him coming to work for his father.

First night in there neighboring beach houses and Aida calls the cops on Ben, this starts off the relationship. Both finding each other attractive, build a relationship off of competitiveness that has them seeing who is going to have the BEST 4th of July party.

As the relationship grows, Aida loosens up and Ben works through some things that he has held on to between his father.

This was my first book by this author and it was solid. I enjoyed the competitiveness with the characters, the flirting and BENS GRANDMA. Holy she was a hoot. I am still laughing about her no filter vibe.

I enjoyed this book. As it is almost the 4th of July and it is the perfect summertime read. Definitely pick this up if you are looking for something fun and flirty

I don't think there was a single thing wrong with Hayes Kingman. The man lives by routine and is dedicated. He is sporty and nerdy. Hayes has joined his other brothers and is now playing ProFootball for the Mustangs. Since college is out of the way, he now believes it's time to have a relationship. The girl he picked is a former ex-friends, twin sister, Willa. He falls fast and hard for this girl.

Willa is wildly independent. She has been out of the country but now is back and is going to take over her Guncles coffee shop while they go on a 9 month cruise. During the months they are away and she is working the coffee shop, her and Hayes relationship begins. Hayes, studies and constantly asks for advice on how he can make this relationship work. This man is studio..let me tell you. Even down to reading Romance Books ;)

I enjoyed the two of them together. Hayes was a perfect, model boyfriend for Willa. They balanced each other. I love how within these books, this one and the past two, we get a good amount of the other Kingmans family members and see where their relationships are at. This whole series, although standalones, has been fantastic showcasing how tight knit this family is and what they would do for each other even when driving each other crazy.

This was a rollercoaster of a read.

Poppy Wilson and Walker James were besties and childhood friend. They grew up in the same bad neighborhood where..lets just say it was not safe. An incident in their teens, Walkers parents dying and he blames Poppy. This resulted on Walker getting out of the bad neighborhood and staying with his uncle who has money.

We are now in college and Walker is the new center for Brooks. He is close to where he grew up and is wondering if he will see Poppy. Well, he does. She is a dancer for Brooks. If you read the other books you know there is a Hockey Player / Dancer match up for a fundraiser and they are both part taking. With this fundraiser, its the catalyst to get them to run into each other. They try to keep how they know each other a secret but this does not last.

This read quickly turns from an childhood besties-enemies to lovers when Walker finds Poppy hurt. Truths are told and they are able to set aside the past, for the most part. His lover for Poppy is seen in everything he does for her.

I truly had no idea where this book was going to go and I was absorbed in it. Hannah did such an amazing job with the story line. I loved how while you were reading Poppy and Walker's story, you also get to see the other Puck Boys and their significate others. This book had emotion and it delt with some heavy topics. I am glad to see that Walker and Poppy were able to come out of it together. They were truly each others soulmates. This was truly a great end to the Puck Boys.

Book Two of the Boston Rebels and I loved it!

Jules had a crush on Colt when she was younger, however there is a catch, he is her brothers best friend. Colt never knowing this has always seen her as his best friends sister. There is an age gap between the two. An accident at his home has him shaking up with Jules, which she is not happy with but that is not what brings them together. It is when Jules finds her self in a predicament and Colt just ..... reacts!

Jules is strong and independent. I loved everything she is doing with her business and how she is fore fronting females in the workforce. Colt was respectable and worked with her to find more about her so she was able to open up. They fell in love so naturally, minus the whole "fake engagement" lol.

Slow Burns are not my thing but Julia kept me intrigued the whole time. There was a solid story line that had me pulled in to see what was going to happen and how it was going to play out. This story had banter, the characters where vulnerable and it was very enjoyable to read.

Bailey Hannah...what the ever loving is in this book.

I devoured it.. no.. I.. I don't even know the right verb to use on how fast I read this book. How much I enjoyed this book. It was AMAZING.

City girl Cecily is needing to leave her current situation. That is she is married and in an abusive relationship. She has been in contact with Beryl, who has a job for her. Cecily just needs to let her know she is coming. She finally leaves her husband and makes her way to Wells Ranch. On the way though she does get a flat tire and none other than the cowboy, no wait, Rancher of Wells Ranch assists in changing this tire. At the time though Cecily doesn't know it's him. When she arrives we meet the Rancher that fixed her tire and it is Austin Wells.

Austin is grumpy and doesn't put up with much. He has had his heart broken by loved ones and the trust is gone due to them leave him. He has this tough exterior and keeps people out but with Cecily around, things changes. Feelings Change!

These two balanced each other out. They were hot together. BARN SCENE..wink wink.. YOU KNOW WHAT! NO! ANY scene these two together was amazing. Austin was going out of his way to make sure that she was safe and cared for but Cecily has to work through her own things to accept. This book with Austin and Cecily was a give and take. They both gave each other what each other needed but they also needed to take as well. Their relationship was able to grow.

Hands down a top read for me and when I finished I was like, oh crap we got a book two.. GIDDY UP!

Jared and Spencer have been besties forever, hiding their feelings. She breaks up with loser boyfriend and Jared makes his move.

Quick little read with a Hockey Player and Pop Star. Gives some insight to Jared as he is mentioned in the other books as well.
