Just as good as I rembered it the first time I read it and the narration was fantastic.
A thrilling read. A bit of a locked room mystery, in the sense of the mystery taking place on an island. Anyone who likes mystery thrillers this one is a must. Check out trigger warnings before reading as some of this books and the whole series is very graphic.

This is such a sweet, sad and hopeful YA romance. It was a quick read and I loved the facts that were woven into the story. My first read of Nicola Yoon but I don't think it will be the last. However I hated the insta love that is the main story line of this book. So it isn’t a book I wouldn’t recommend to any people. I wouldn’t really say this is feel good but for the most part it is a nice light read.

Such a fun read, I loved this! A fantastic adventure is a virtual world. I loved geeking out with this one. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a fan of all this 80’s, especially if you enjoy sci-fi and dystopian themes too.

An amazing story that is fantastically written. This book broke my heart so many times and just when you think it is going to put you back together again, you get broken all over again.
The story follows 4 generations of a family, and the harrows that the war in Palestine brings to their door. It is not a true story but it reads like one, showing the effects of war on families and communities.

A very good book that deals with the horrific nature of a very difficult topic. This one will be a massive trigger for some people so check out the warnings before picking it up. A very important read for parents and teens in the age we live in. It is a very difficult read but also very important I think.

**Very Spoilery Rant**
I am so mad after reading this because this book is still so right about how things are perceived when it comes to sexual assault. Too many people still opt for the boys will be boys and the responsibility is on girls and women to not draw attention to themselves.

The main character is this book is Emma and promiscuous fun loving 18 year old, who is also a bit mean and quite insecure underneath all her bravado. She is not a likeable character but this book does a fantastic job of showing the reader that just because someone dresses or acts a certain ways does not mean that they are “Asking For It”.  There are photos, it is plain to see that what happen to Emma was assault and yet Emma is the bad guy. She is labelled a slut etc. and all her friends drop her.

This is so wrong but is the reality far too often.

Wow! This is a fantastic book and such an important story. There are so many different views and personalities covered in this story, it ticked all the boxes for me. I would recommend everyone read this book at least once in their life.

I love this series of books. They are so Irish and really are laugh out load funny. I listened to this on audible and the narration is perfect.

The only possible down side to these books is that they are very very much Irish humour so if you don’t have some sort of Irish connections you may not really get it.

I loved the premise of this book and it had me feeling all of the feels.
I  know that Matt Haig has had his own mental health battles and he used his experiences wonderfully in writing this book. This is my first book by him but I seriously doubt it will be the last.
The writing is also very good and I
flew through reading it. The audiobook version is also very well done.
