The 5 a.m Revolution by Dan Luca

Its an easy read, the choices of words are very wise, simple but compact. Thus, easy to absorb all the "nutritions" I can get from the book.

New thing I've learnt in this book is "paradoxical intent", a cognitive technique that consists of persuading yourself to engage in your most feared behaviour, a method thats easy and inexplicably effective; go to bed, close your eyes and try to stay AWAKE for as long as you can

Dan Luca wrote, that its important to have a systematical and consistent morning routines such as these 10 steps; gratitude - drink water - meditate - exercise - cold & warm shower - breakfast - write 1 important thing to accomplished in the day - answer 1 question of yourself - write 12 months goals - relationship note.

Do journaling as well

I had so much fun reading Emily's diary. I felt 15 years younger. This book is basically her daily mischievous written in a dairy-like book.

No book is a waste of time reading if you get something out of it. In my case with this book is FUN!

As I am reading this book, I was wondering how could a man know almost every thoughts of women. The writings are very good, beautiful and constructive in their own way. The chosen words itself are beautiful. If I carry on writing this review, the only thing I would type is "beautiful". This book does not necessarily just for women, but men as well to understand the woman of their life, their life partner.

I did not just read the book but I took the sweetest time to watch the movie as well with my husband and we cried our heart out. This is the best read in my life ever as it really touched my heart.

"love one another or perished"
"when you know you are dying, you learn how to live"
these are the quotes that I think I am not going to forget for the rest of my life.

Its a must read at least once in a lifetime and I am definitely going to re-read.
