I really enjoyed the book. It was fast pace in in the world of solaria. You could tell it was by the 2 authors. They have the specific style when writing. It was a mixture of plot and character. The character Elise set out to do something and then as that plot unfolded, the different characters in her life got mixed up in it.So it was really a mixture of both. I personally don't think that you need to have red zodiac Academy. In order to know these books or a vice versa, I think that they can be read as to independent standalone series. However, it's good for me to get the context of the extra world building..

It was a mixture of plot and characters in this book everything came to ahead with Gabe and Silvia and they get kidnapped to figure out Gabe's magic. Silvia also finally meets her family and her father and they declare their love.
Gabe and Silvia have been lovable the entire time. Some characters have magic so they are diverse in that way not in a race or ethnicity way. I enjoy CJ Archer's cozy style of writing and she really builds character's arcs throughout her series. I am a fast paced high fantasy reader but I love the slower pace, cozy type of feeling of CJ Archer.

I Invited Her in by Adele Parks
this book was about 2 friends who friend a Melanie, got pregnant in college and dropped out to raise the baby and friend B married, a guy in college, fast forward 20 years Melanie, have 3 kids and a husband and Abigail is getting divorced from her husband Kama, the guy she met in college because he was having an affair? That abigail had figured out that melanie first, son's father was her boyfriend or her ex. Husband back in college, and then they had slept together, and so she concocted.A revenge schemeInfiltratedMelanie's house got her teenage son to fall in love with her abdshe got pregnant by her teenage son.
This book was good and had me questioning Melanie the entire time. I mean, she was doing stuff that didn't make no sense, and she was just blinded by this woman who she hadn't spoke to in twenty years. Then, when Abigail, the other FMC started doing crazy stuff, insane started unraveling. I read the last 60% of the book in one sitting.
I think that it started off a little slow, but it was written very well. It revolved around both the characters and the plot, and it gave each character an arc, and a story without completely making it about them. While also not mentioning them and then not going back to them at all.

Does a classic crime fiction solve the murder book period I love that type of book recently?I've been reading more of crime fiction thrillers. This one was not a thriller, it was mystery, a hundred percent. I thought the book did well with the different twist that it was throwing at you. There was a couple things that happened that were interesting to me, or I didn't expect to happen in that really added to solving the case.

I thought the story, progress too quickly. Then there was about 15% of the book just filler. It was set up like enemies to lovers but the backstory wasn't fleshed out and there was no real growth. She was mad but he kissed her the first time he saw her. It was predictable and the journey could of been more fleshed out.

The only reason I didnt give it a 4 star was because I wasn't itching to read it at every waken moment but I LOVED this book!
Great contemporary romance with a unique way
To tell the story. You fall in love with Ricki ASAP and get attached and invested in her story. Tuesday was a comedic relief but had character development of her own. Black cast of characters.

It was alright. Definitely had dark moments like I've come to express fro. HD Carlton. it was like of weird - but I had to keep reminding myself of the fiction of it all. Typical romance storyline but the mob thing and she has a husband was thrown into.

The ending (25%) was the best part. There wasn't enough time spent in book one to get me attach3d to other characters to have elm and Iony be the focus of so much of this book. I just wasn't invested in them.
After 75% it became fast paced and had me intrigued on ehat happened next. It was okay, but started off not liking it.

I love this book. It is a Hades retelling, but with a different f. M c. It's a fast paced book with a spice level 2. The book follows the FMC as she gets recruited into the crucible. She's playing the game, and her and Hades end up at enemies to lovers. He has, he has an ultimate plan, and he picks her for a purpose. And it goes through that journey, the crucible levels each have intense action. Which is one thing that I didn't like about phantasma, was that as the levels got on the level of danger decreased, but But that didn't happen with the crucible. The ending could have been written better to me. In my opinion, and that's why I didn't give it a 4.5 stars, but then the cliffhanger, leading into the next possible book made up for it in the very good.
