I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Bianca is a sweet girl who lost her parents and has no family in her life. She has been serving on her own for quite some time. Some secrets are revealed from her father a little later on in her life but she can't figure out what it is. She finds some things that can help her but also put her in danger. Is he being followed? If so why?

Now we meet Jakob, they meet in a coffee shop. He's gorgeous and dangerous. They exchange in a small conversation. They go their separate ways. Until the day comes and they find themselves on a secluded island. Trying to put pieces together. How did they get there? Who is he? Can she trust him? So many questions. Very little answers.

Very good book. Thrilling, suspenseful, edge of your seat kinda read. The ending for sure will have you screaming for more. I give this book 4.5 stars. Can't wait for march. Great job J.S Cooper. Can't wait for more from you.

Dark Heart blew me away! Gotta love and enemies to lovers romance, especially when the story doesn’t change course and the characters stay true to themself through and through! Absolutely LOVE Aaron and Lela!

Aaron is a no nonsense type of guy and has no patience or time for love yet alone having to put up with having Lela the brat under his roof. He tries so hard to keep that dark mantra about him but somehow Lela gets under his skin and in his mind.

Halfway through the story the intensity and suspense had me twitching in my seat- I was at the point of throwing in the towel and seeing what happened in the end lol ....... but of course that was just my mind trying to see what happens to them in the end. l totally did not follow my mind trick as the story was too good to skip around
Shiloh by Helena Sorensen

I would highly recommend this book for teens ages 13 + up. The story was very well written and it hooked me in from the very beginning. I also liked that the author took a great amount of detail and incorporated it into the story to basically build a "Shiloh" world. I loved that! I felt I was actually there, witnessing the events. I felt like I was part of the pack.

Helena Sorensen did an amazing job with character development. I found myself being taken away by the all of the characters. I just loved Amos. I mean at the age of seven, he killed a Shadow Wolf; that is bad-ass! At such a young age, he had to struggle to stay in the light and not be taken by the Shadow. The novel portrays a coming of age story and provides such whole hearted morals; its just hard not to like. At twelve years old, Amos experiences life changing and devastating events and he must essentially decide to fulfill his destiny, overcome his fear and build self-confidence to become a "man". While reading this book, I felt scared, stressed, happy, sadness, but most of all, hope.

All in all, I enjoyed this book and am definitely hoping there is a sequel.
Her Dom by A.D. Justice

Wow, what a story. I finished the book about 2 weeks ago and it's taken me this long to find the right words for this review. Her Dom is the first book I've read from A.D. Justice and I will def be reading her others books.

In the beginning we meet Dominic Powers, a highly successful rich businessman who is looking for a new secretary. He has a Dom/Sub past but is kind of laying low after something tragic happened with his last sub. Sophia is cute, sweet, shy, and becomes his new assistant. Of course, there's an instant attraction and Dom wants her to be his Sub. At this point of the story, I felt it to be predictable and similar to other Sub/Dom books I've read. He's rich, handsome, hot, sexy...typical rich alpha male. I also liked that the novel is from his POV as it's a fresh way to get into his head and see what he's thinking. The sex scenes were hot, which is a given but not too kinky which was nice because the story focused more on the plot, rather than the sex. And to me, that was very surprising. The suspense and action, for me, was the best part. Toward the end of the book, I could feel sweat dripping down my face because I knew...just knew there was going to be a cliffhanger. And then...it happened! Wahhhhh! Why must the author do this to me!! I hate cliffhangers but whatever, I got over it. Overall, this is a good story and I'm hoping to get more action, drama, and suspense in the next one.

The Way Back to Us is an AMAZING love story!!! I didn’t know who to cheer for. I loved the Hyatt brothers and Lexy. So many emotions in this book and talk about crying like a baby. I want more of Max and Lexy. I hope Simon gets his own book. I loved all the characters. Julia is a new author to me and I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next. The Way Back to Us is a MUST read. I devoured it.

How do you react when the love of your life confesses that your daughter isn’t yours? That is exactly what Elliot Fitch’s wife Karen did on her deathbed. How could she do this to him? A year later Elliot is hating Karen and life has no meaning. He is consumed with his hatred for her that he has stopped living. When finds out that his 16 year old daughter Elena is pregnant, he begins to search for her biological father. During his journey he meets Veronica. She is beautiful, funny, smart, and wants to help him. Together they search for possible candidates but end up uncovering a lot more.

Once I began this story it took me on an emotional up and down ride. I could feel Elliot’s pain and heartache. The author did an excellent job of conveying his feelings and thoughts. I really loved Veronica's character. Although when I got to the end I couldn’t help but feel anger but I won’t give anything away. This is a great story about a man and his journey to heal. I give this 4 stars
Breezy by Kelsie Rae

This was a cute and hilarious read!

Bree is a whirlwind of energy. She pretty much has no filter. I love how she is straightforward and doesn’t really think before she speaks. She is adorably cute. When she finally lands her first ‘big girl’ job, she isn’t really ready for her sexy boss.

Derrick isn’t too sure of his new HR employee. He knows that there is something about her that he likes but with his trust issues he isn’t giving into his feelings. But as soon Hurricane Bree comes blowing into his life and work things change and he can’t fight the battle.

We follow as these two build a relationship with some trust issues thrown in. There are some misunderstandings along the way but their love conquers it all.

I just wish there was a little more sexiness in here. Not that it takes away from the story but it’s just my personal opinion. These two are fun and Breezy will leave you in stitches.

Chasing Serenity takes us into the life of Autumn McShane, a graduate student who is trying to put her life back together after the tragic death of her mother and the years long absence of her father. Lucky for Autumn she has a close knit group of friends and her Godmother Ava to help her along the bumps as she navigates the curves life keeps throwing. A new school year in the small college town means covering more classes, more papers to grade, more thesis work to plow through and another season of rugby. Autumn finds herself caught between her ex-boyfriend Tucker who left her in the dust before the accident that injured her and claimed her mother, he didn’t even call or try to get in touch with her in the months since, but he swears he wants her back. New boy Declan Fraser sees through Tucker just as well as Autumn, but Autumn isn’t sure she can trust him. Along with dealing with the rugby players she also has to deal with her father’s sudden return to her life and face her fears about her injuries from the accident and what that means to her life long term. I loved the interactions between the characters in this novel. I also loved that the feeling of a small college town where everyone knows a little bit about everyone else be it good or bad was also woven into the story.

Lucy, "Lucky" Harris has always planned her life out. She was to move in with her cousin Dixon in Portland, look for an apartment, and start medical school in the fall. Lucky practically accounted for everything she did. Living with her cousin exposed her to underground fighting. Then there was car racing but she was familiar with it since high school. It was exciting to watch and she didn't count on meeting Zeppelin Rhoades. He was so hot and had lots of tattoos!! Lucky was cautious and overthinking situations. Being around Zeppelin started to change that. She found herself having fun and being carefree. They soon started spending a lot of time together. Things were going great between them until Zeppelin started to act distant. He wouldn't tell her why he needed to leave to Seattle at random times. Can Lucky trust him or is Zeppelin setting her up for heartbreak?

Oh Lucky and Zeppelin...sigh. This book was so amazing! I was instantly drawn to Lucky. I fell for Zeppelin. The author really did a great job with the characters. I couldn't put the book down! I laugh; I cried. Anyone who reads this will not be disappointed. A truly great read that I highly recommend!

What a cute read! It’s everything I love in a romance. These two really didn’t want to do the dating app but both did and they both had rules. But rules are meant to be broken. And Caleb and Zara both broke the rules. Five dates and nothing more but what they didn’t realize is they didn’t need five dates. These two were perfectly paired. They fit each other even though they were opposites. And in the end they did get their happily ever after. Parental Guidance is a must read romance. You get all the emotions and you get a lot of belly laughs with this read. Highly recommended to any romance lover.
