I listened to the audio while following along in my physical copy ...

I have to say that this took me a while to finish, but it was definitely not fault at the book or the author.
*it is what happens when you read so much lol

I loved this book because it explained so much and had so many revelations. Revelations that I had no idea were being set up throughout the first 2 books.

It is so challenging not to want to list everything I loved about this book without giving away so much of the plot and setting, and what happens with each character.

By the end of the book, I still loved Rhysand and Feyre 🙌🏽

Another MC was put on a pedestal for real ... because he came in and saved the day!

I loved the action in this book! It seriously was so detailed and felt like i was there.

I am excited to finish this series, only because I want to come back and reread 💀

I listened to the audio while following along in my physical copy ...

I truly enjoyed reading some of these short stories ... especially Chapter 6 & 7.

It took me for a spin, but I was not surprised. I just love these two characters.

I am curious what else will be said about them in the last book to come ... but I will say these chapters brought the rating to what it was.

I listened to the audio while folloing along in my physical copy ...

I actually loved this a lot more ... only because I was truly not a fan of Rachel's character in book 1 and the first Novella.

Having a new FMC, like Tessa, it was a breath of fresh air.

I also rate it the way I did because I really love Ryan's character.

Since I rated book 1 4.5⭐️, I rated this the same, but it holds a higher value.

I listened to the audio while following along in my physical copy ...

I truly enjoyed this dark, gothic retelling! This is my second book by the author ... and I was not disappointed at all!

The way the author was able to catch my attention from the first page and kept it all the way until the last. This book was fairly long, and I was kind of nervous throughout thinking that I was going to lose interest.

But no ...

I was invested!

I just loved Hazel's selfless acts ... considering she had a challenging upbringing and was somehow always given the shitty end of the stick. Hazel did not let anything change who she was as a person ... and I loved that so much.

I also loved that she was able to make such an impact on Leopold ✨️ They say you can not change a person, but the fact that her words made a positive impact in his life was 🤌🏽

I also could not get enough of them together! And am glad that they both got what they wanted ... a chance at happiness.

I am so excited to have finished this before the year was over 👏🏽

Did not finish book. Stopped at 56%.
I loved the concept in the mystery surrounding the box and the short or long strings, but this was so dry to read.

I was only captivated in the penpal moments ... that was it.
