I love Alice oseman and the oseman verse. This is the sweetest book of friendship, coming of age, and continuing to develop and discover one’s identity. A fun easy read!!

This book did a great deal of discussing topics like mental health and eating disorders as well as coming out to family and friends. I appreciate the message/narrative of not being responsible for healing the ones you live but being there to support them through life’s adversities. I could tell that mental health was the main discussion point of this books and just wished it was maybe more smoothly weaved in. But overall solid book! Still love the characters and love that the Paris squad is getting more movements!
Interesting concept and idea. Fun to read after Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo because of the connections of characters. Overall, my feelings were just meh. Quite underwhelming. I did enjoy the character development throughout the story but some of the extra explanations were unnecessary and boring.
Volume 3 was a fun twist from the first two. The boys went on a trip to a new place and face new problems. I also enjoyed that we were introduced to new characters and new storylines. So much fun! This volume also covered some more serious topics and went further into the characters and their lives.

AAAAHHH! I think this one was better than the first! The characters are just so cute, I want more and more. All I gotta say is, Love! Will be reading again
It did take me a while to get through but once I set my mind to it to finish the book I read through it quickly. An engaging book with interesting plot twists and various storylines. Touches on different types of love and relationships.
Such a cute graphic novel. Giggles and smiles the whole way through. There’s multiple volumes and I do wish there was more in one book. I guess I’ll just have to get them all
Definitely an interesting read and opens up the opportunity to learn more about histories and events I don’t often get to learn about. It humanizes revolution and dictatorships and adds to the complexities of politics. Somewhat of a slow read and was hard to really get into.
This book was something else. Quite special to me. The first book I’ve read my a Filipina author. Grace tulasan put into words many feelings I’ve had while visiting the Philippines and life as a Filipino-American. I put tabs all over the book because they were so many parts that stuck out to me. I read it in two days! Definitely a heavy and emotional book, but I’m grateful she wrote her memoir because of the ways it helped me heal and think about my own trauma and life.
I really enjoyed this book. It made me reflect on all the ancestors before me and their individual life challenges they overcame. The book covers heavy topics that connect to issues of racial injustice still continued today. Each generation is quick though so I think it may fault at pushing certain stereotypes. Overall it was a great read and made me think of the love we have for our family.
