I love this book! It has a lot of good tips, and explains “running form” in an easy to understand way. Other books I have read about running either didn’t explain or assumed you already knew the basics. I also like the chapter about breaking down a big goal into smaller steps.

I liked the mystery plot, but all the literary-style character development parts were too slow for me. Also, I couldn’t keep track of most of the side characters. It should have been shorter.

I don’t like these historical fiction books that switch between the past plot and the present day plot. What I read was slow moving and repetitive.
