I really enjoyed this. It was so interesting seeing the show first and reading the book second, and I still feel so positive about the adaptation - how they translated this beautiful work to screen as well as augmented it! Only one emoji to describe this book šŸ„¹. And the epilogue and Maryā€™s character were my fav parts! Other than Timā€™s love of milk, bc same bro lol

Figured out the whodunnit the hottest second before the reveal (go me). I havenā€™t read a coming out story in a minute, and this didnā€™t disappoint. A fun, spooky-ish, quick read.

Alex gives this 3 sexy surgeons! Not typical Freida but another of her funny books. She really does funny well!

I really didnā€™t like this book! I figured out whodunnit the moment they introduced him. The resolution at the end isnā€™t really a resolution? And I didnā€™t find the writing particularly strong - came off sort of cliche at times. I did learn a lot about to how to hack into buildings though! šŸ˜‚

I enjoyed this! Had a really busy few days at work lately so needed an audiobook to crank out emails, and this hit the spot. The book did a great job with its characters and the layered plots. I barely put it together before the reveal (was it because I was half listening? Who knows). But Iā€™d read more by this author!

This didnā€™t live up to the rest of Riley sager's books! Something about this story and the reveal felt so laborious. There were too many red herrings and when we got to the reveal I just didnā€™t care! but I really do love their writing, itā€™s so descriptive and powerful. Iā€™ll definitely keep working my way thru the discography lol

This is not going to come across nicely but I am so sorry - this was so so painful. This book reads like a map of Greater Boston - ā€œI turned left on Neposonet street and then right at the dunksā€ and on and on and on. The Boston accents and Boston-isms were cringe worthy. This book spent 9 hours of an audiobook trying to get the main character to a place to have her baby and not die of the virus, when she just dies anyway. What did I read this for? What did I learn? So harsh but thatā€™s what Iā€™ve got lol

Can I give this five THOUSAND stars??????? The audiobook was stunning. I just keep going back and relistening to parts over and over - I didnā€™t want to miss a second ā¤ļø A love story if Iā€™ve ever read one šŸ„¹
