this book follows Violet, a girl who was supposed to be a scribe for her whole life just like her father. until her mother decided - and her mom is the general Sorrengail and a rider - that she should go to the riderโ€™s quadrant. but the riderโ€™s quadrant? or you ride and live, or you die trying. she trained her whole life to be a scribe, with a pacific life, how she was going to survive being a rider?

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the story, the characters and specially the dragons - Tairn and Andarna, theyโ€™re the best. ๐Ÿ’›
Xaden is the best book boyfriend - mysterious and protective. Violet has a strong mind, but sometimes she was so clingy about Xaden that it gave me the inck. Dain is giving Tamlin vibes and if you know, you know. Rhiannon, Ridoc and Liam were so incredible!!

and the plot at the end? Iโ€™m sorry what? I didnโ€™t even see that one coming! it was really really good. and without forgetting that yes, I cried with this book.
canโ€™t wait to read โ€˜iron flameโ€™!

Summer Hamilton works with her dad, and when he asks her to babysit her teenage crush, she has to do it, even if she thinks he hated her the first moment he saw her. but actually, was quite the opposite.

I loved this book! I wasnโ€™t expecting to like this as much as I did, since small town romance isnโ€™t my cup of tea, but I enjoyed this really much. and the plot? omg!!

Elsie Silver writing is absolutely amazing - light and funny - and the characters are well developed, like the bookโ€™s story itself. if you like enemies to lovers, age gap and a grumpy mmc, this book is for you.

canโ€™t wait to read the next book in the series, heartless!

wow wow wow omg this book!! a new fav of mine, for so many reasons.

the evolution of the main characters are so good. itโ€™s comforting seeing Feyre becoming stronger, both in mind and body. also, her relationship with Rhysand is the most beautiful thing ever. Rhysandโ€™s love for Feyre, and for his family, is the purest.
I loved the inner circle so so much. all the characters are easily loved and with strong personalities.

I loved this book from the start to the end. this series is becoming my comfort series, like a home to me. itโ€™s very hard for me to believe that these characters donโ€™t exist. that Velaris doesnโ€™t exist, and it makes me a little sad.
the final of this book is pure shocking, and I canโ€™t wait to start reading ACOWAR.

I wish I could talk more about the book, but I would spoiler it easily. but if youโ€™re in doubt to read it.. just do it NOW!!

when Feyre accidentally kills a wolf in the forest, sheโ€™s taken to a magical land that she only knows through legends. forced to live with magical creatures, immortal fairies and magic, Feyre discovers that the world she knows and her family may be at risk.

this book is everything! actually, it took me a while to go through it, but once I did, I fell in love with the world that is built through Sarahโ€™s eyes.
Prythian, such a wonderful place. and Feyre, Nesta, Lucien, Tamlin, Rhysand.. with their imperfections that makes them so real and incredible.

the book is a bit slow, but at the end it gets full of twists and turns that itโ€™s impossible to stop reading. Iโ€™m still confused about Tamlin, because in this book I have little to complain about him.. and Rhysand, I love him and the way he is. Feyre, my poor and brave baby, I love her.

Iโ€™m jumping straight to ACOMAF, because I need to whatโ€™s happening next. Iโ€™m loving this series so much, that itโ€™s my first time doing this.

thank you Brittany for giving me an arc of your book.

I canโ€™t stress enough how cute this book is!!

Savannah is a cheerleader, and she and her cheer team are going to have fun in Vegas, where she mets Tyler, a football player of her team. after a few drinks, they get married.. in Vegas. the real problem? everyone knows cheerleaders and football players of the same team canโ€™t talk to each other, and especially canโ€™t marry!!

Brittanyโ€™s writing is super easy and fun to read. this book is cute but is also super spicy (we love it here). the main characters are really easy to like and their chemistry and tension is ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Sav is a shy girl, and the confidence she gains during the book is awesome. Ty is the ultimate book boyfriend, I love him (wishing there were men like that in real life). itโ€™s adorable to see their relationship growing, and to see Tyler losing his play boy posture to Savannah.

the tropes:
โœง fake marriage
โœง forbidden romance
โœง forced proximity
โœง football player x cheerleader
โœง golden retriever mmc
โœง he falls first and harder

if youโ€™re looking for a short, smutty and fluffy book, this one is for you.

this is my new obsession and personality trait. period.

this book is the first in a huge series (thank God) and it tells us the story of Tory and Darcy, 2 twin sisters who are suddenly taken away from our normal world and placed in solaria - a mirror world of ours, but with magic and mythical figures. this world (as well as their future school) is essentially regulated by the signs of the zodiac.
they will be thrown to the lions and put in test abruptly, since, in the future, they will have to take care of the throne. after all, they are the lost daughters of the deceased king and queen of solaria.

I have no words for this book. although it took me some time to finish reading it because I had put it aside (biggest mistake ever), after I got into the rhythm I couldnโ€™t stop reading. itโ€™s super addictive and there is always action happening. the sexual tension and the enemies to lovers in this book are everything!!!
not to mention the personality of our 2 protagonists. the fact that we always have the pov of the 2 and we can see how different they are is amazing to read. I loved how the whole story has developed throughout the book, as well as the construction of the world.

Iโ€™m so excited to read the second book and I recommend this one 10000x!! no doubt it has become one of my favorite books ever.

this book is SO GOOD! I truly recommend it.

the book follows Indigo and Elias. Indigo is a shy girl that lives in her own world, until Eliasโ€™s sister presents her brother to Indigo.. and sheโ€™ll have to fake a relationship with him.

Maeve writing is AMAZING, I was impressed. the character development and relationship was super well written and the slow burn (that I usually donโ€™t appreciate that much) was really good to read.
about the chapter 39.. the plot?!?! Maeve you didnโ€™t have the right to do that!! I cried so so much, it wasnโ€™t fair.

I loved everything about it and if youโ€™re looking for a cute with a bit of spice relationship.. then this book is for you!
Haunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton

okay this book was absolutely INSANE!!

by the title - haunting adeline- you can already tell what this book will talk about. a stalker, who haunts Adeline. however, heโ€™s convicted that sheโ€™ll, eventually, fall in love with him by seeing his true colors. meanwhile, Adeline discover that her great grandma had a romance with a stalker too before she was murdered. the book follow not only the romance between Zade and Adeline, but also the investigation of her great granda murder that Adeline does and the life that Zade has.

I just want to say that, this book, is extremely dark. the darker I have ever read. and honestly, I have a love/hate relationship with the MCS. both Zade and Adeline put me on edge, even if I liked them (?) yeah itโ€™s confusing, but if you read the book you understand. theyโ€™re a bit contradictory and some scenes were too much to support about Zade, but the 2nd half of the book was a lot better in my opinion. the mirror scene was ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ

also, Sibby? that mf, I loved her!! sheโ€™s so badass and strong. canโ€™t wait to read her novella.

yes you guessed.. another 5 star read of a book by my baby penelope. sheโ€™s the best. and this whole series.. has my entire f*cking heart!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ

this book will follow the story of our 2nd couple - Banks and Kai. itโ€™s difficult to talk about this book without giving spoilers of the 1st, but basically this book takes place after corrupt, and after Damon disappeared. while the rest of the group try to find him, a new character enters in scene: Banks, his sister [and no one knows sheโ€™s his sister]. and why she appears? well.. letโ€™s just say she always had a connection with Kai over the years.
just like in corrupt, we have 4 povs: Banksโ€™ pov in the present, Banksโ€™ pov 6 years ago, Kaiโ€™s pov in the present and Kaiโ€™s pov 6 years ago.

the fact that thereโ€™s this dynamic between POVs and times makes the story even more interesting.
I admit that I was surprised by Banks, because Iโ€™ve always seen people talk about her as a badass b*tch and in this book she isnโ€™t quite like that. she has her badassโ€™s moments, but mostly sheโ€™s a sensitive, sad and confused girl. my poor baby. but even so, I loved her.
Kai, on the other hand, I could always see from the other book already how he is: calm, thoughtful, calculating and caring.

for this book, since I can take the risk of giving you spoilers, Iโ€™ll leave here some key words: priest, confessional, snakes and The Pope. ๐Ÿซข

omfg this novella was a so good!!
for who doesnโ€™t know, this book is a prequel novella to the new series of J. Bree: the mortal fates series.

this book follows the pov of our protagonist Rooke, a witch, who loses her entire family, except her brother, in a fire. this fire kills not only her whole family, but also the entire line of ravenswyrdโ€™s witches. after such a disaster, Rooke needs to know what her destiny will be as a witch, so sheโ€™ll go to the Seer to find out. will it be the fate she was expecting?

holy sh*t this beginning of the series was very well done. J. Bree managed to explain the details very well and still kept me interested in the whole book at the same time.
I wish I could tell more about the book but it would probably have spoilers, so if you want to know more (I promise you is super interesting), you have to read it to find out.

I really liked it and canโ€™t wait to read the 2nd novella and for her to drop the 1st book of the series: the crown of oaths and curses!!
