Love love love. What a powerful real and raw book. First: I loved how each character was narrated by a different voice. The structure of this book was just fantastic.

This might be one of my favorite books I’ve read. Peoples stories are fascinating and to see into their lives like this was so powerful.

“It is what I have always loved about music. Not the sounds or the crowds or the good times as much as the words- the emotions, and the stories, the truth -that you can let flow right out of your mouth.

Music can dig, you know? It can take a shovel to your chest and just start digging until it hits something. That night, singing that, just reaffirmed that I wanted to put out an album of my own songs.”

A roller coaster of emotions from beginning to end. Relatable characters and so much depth to the storytelling. A beautiful theme of learning how to love and trust again! This is an easy read that will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I don’t know if I would recommend this book to most people, but I do think there are some great concepts and teachings in this book. If you find yourself very open minded, yes. If not, I would skip.

This is basically a book about shadow work. If you are finding yourself in situations you don’t like or patterns you feel stuck in, exploring the possibility that you might love the position you get yourself into.

I rated this a 4 because I personally got a lot of helpful things from this that I’m excited about and I’m looking forward to continuing to practice this method!

I’ve never watched this movie (or show?) so I went into this book knowing nothing. I loved this story from beginning to end. I loved watching Kya’s story develop as she lived wildly on her own, on her own terms and found meaning where most people don’t bother to explore. I find that those who experience loss so deeply, also have the capacity to experience life with even more fullness and meaning. Ahh the polarity of life. Without ruining anything, this is a must read, although I feel I’m the last to read it.

So good, and definitely took me for a ride! This book was unpredictable with a great and terrifying story line. I’m officially watching my back everywhere I go, so I think that means the book accomplished everything it was supposed to.

Everyone should read this! Whether you are just starting your healing journey or deep into it, this is a great book for how to heal with applications. So many great reminders and perspectives. Some of the book is a little repetitive but I feel that is important to really relay the ideas.

“Real healing is a deconditioning process that helps you unravel the blocks, narratives, and inflexibility that create space between you and your happiness. Healing starts with knowing yourself and loving yourself. When you see and feel how much you carry, it becomes clear that it is time to start letting go.”

This book was everything I was looking for! The perfect romantic comedy that has me truly laughing from beginning to end. It didn’t feel over-the-top, and they were even a lot of realistic parts to the book that made it very relatable and not over the top eye roll. I loved the characters of this book and she did a great job with Hazel. Such a fun witty character. I enjoyed this so much! The best romance I’ve read so far!

SO. GOOD. Okayyyy where do I start?!

A little mystery meets steamy romance in this page turner. Everything from the characters, to the story line to the plot twists was just amazing.

I didn’t see the ending coming and I’m dying to start the next book. This is definitely the best book I’ve read in the romance genre. Not cookie cutter, steamy scenes that made me feel like I was there and could FEEL the connection, and captivating characters. You won’t regret reading this one!

I cried my way through this entire book. So many emotions. Heartbreak, over and over again. Who knew I could be so attached to book characters. That shows just how great this series is. I felt every single emotion through this roller coaster of a book. This is definitely one of my top favorite series ever (so far).

It’s the kind of book that makes you believe in something so deeply, you would go to war for it.

Bravo.

This whole entire series wrecked me in the best and worst way possible. The first book in this series will forever be one of my favorite books I’ve read.

This book was a slower burn but it tied up the last two books so perfectly.

I loved the structure of this book getting POV’s from both sides.

I loved watching the story unravel. This whole series was full of depth of beautiful life lessons that rocked my world. If you haven’t read this series yet, I highly recommend!
