Personally felt like this was a bit of a let-down compared to the first two. Still well written but what made the first two books enjoyable was the sheer emotion and how we could feel El's reactions through the page. That was kind of lacking in this one and replaced with broader world building

this book was alright, i found Percy a little irritating at times and the whole Sam coming onto her before telling her that him and Taylor broke up and Percy sleeping with his brother and Sam hitting on Delilah and Percy calling Delilah a slut for that were all unnecessary. The rest of the book with alternating timelines was well written but I could've done without literally all of the aforementioned plot points

I was liking this book until the last 1/3 or so? It was feeling predictable but not too bad. the whole thing with her dad being his enemy was kind of obvious imo, and i lost interest in the whole book so fast because the uncle being the killer felt like poor writing. When Alex started singing in the end I got such second hand embarrassment because wtf was that
