If you are someone that has intrusive thoughts or struggles with mental health or honestly dating the "wrong" men while the right one is staring you right in the face and you're too afraid to take the leap. This book is for you. Em is an extremely relatable character, and you're gonna fall absolutely in love with her little brain lizard Lizzy *sarcastic, hilarious, cruel* Em makes poor and impulsive decisions throughout the whole book. She struggles with everyday mundane tasks that honestly a lot of us do. Her journey is one riddled with self-doubt, impulse, and insecurity. Alden *MMC* is deliciously flawed in his own beautiful way, and his poor choices lead to regret. He doesn't always make the right decision. His intention is, however, always in the right place. This book is pure angsty, heartbreaking, and emotional Rollercoaster that I don't regret embarking on. Watch out for the ending at the end. It's left on a cliff hanger. Book two is out. Book 3 is out in January.
Things to expect:
Mental health
Abusive relationships
Cheating
Toxic display of coping
-humor used to deflect
-mention of self harm and suicide ideation
If any of these bother you or trigger you. This book isn't for you.

This book absolutely shattered me. The characters and their backstories are so incredibly heart-wrenching and their healing is so real and true. I knew the moment I applied for the arc, this book was gonna hurt in the most beautiful way. By the end, I was sobbing. This author did such a beautiful job of writing this and I could not have loved it more if I had tried. Learning that it was based in montana where I live was a wonderful surprise. I absolutely recommend this book BUT read your trigger warnings. This book is dark. While there is spice, it's not the main focus of this book and it should not be gone into blindly *talking to my dark romance girlies* it is not for the faint of heart and the subject matter is dark and real and will resonate with the most realistic way. Liam and Wynns story is sad and gut wrenching but their love is also beautiful and their journey together is not tied together by unrealistic expectations of relationships. They are toxic. They do not always get along. They struggle to communicate. And they are beautifully broken. Enjoy but tread lightly.

I received this book as an arc. These opinions are my own. HOLY hell. Rollercoaster, you go in is a wild one. I strongly encourage everyone to read the trigger warnings as this book is dark and has a deliciously long list of triggers.
Seraphine is exactly what you need in a unhinged FMC with a very traumatic background and a taste for blood and revenge.
The path she is set down at such a young age is heartbreaking, and it turns her into a "monster" until she meets Leroi.
Leroi is just as dark and twisty as seraphine, and his attempts to resist her are hilarious, and it makes for great banter between them.
The plot twist and end are not ones you will see coming, and while this author did a wonderful job of tying up the ends for you.
The next book in this series is something I am looking forward to.
Again, please read the trigger warnings.
If you want a stabby FMC who seeks out revenge on her abusers. Goes to anything length necessary to eliminate any threat to her. Then this book is for you.

I received this book as an arc and holy fuck im so confused
I think the best way for me to explain this book is to call it a acid trip with a ton of triggers and sex.
Did I question my sanity ? Absolutely
Would I read this again? Also, yes.
This book was indeed my first book from this author, and she did an amazing job with this.
Important to note: THIS IS NOT ROMANCE
Do not go into this book blind. I know it's tempting, but don't. The content is not for everyone and should not be read by everyone. There is no morally grey MMC to fall in love with. The FMC is literally insane and I loved every minute of it.

Arc Review.
This book was not for me. I got to arc read this book. HOWEVER this book was given four starts because its well written. Fast paced and easy to slip right into.
Heed the trigger warnings and enjoy.
It just simply wasn't my vibe. And that is not the authors fault and does not speak to the writing and plot.

I got to arc read this for Willow and WOW !
I devoured both book 1 and book 2 in two days. I am a sucker for a grumpy MMC and Dimitri/Demon fit this so beautifully.
This one hurt to see the journey between him and Emma after she lost her memories. That was a twist I was not expecting to come this.
Experiencing Emma falling in love all over again was a beautiful way to showcase just how far these two bond goes.
I am excited to see where book 3 takes me and for now i will continue to swoon of these two and their incredible love story.
