Mythological Monologues: 26 Dramatic Monologues of Epic Characters from Ramayana and Mahabharata
The whole book in one line:
Eternal Trudges by Sailee Tiwari is a collection of poems which speaks about the life and its meaning, social challenges, self-value, body shaming, and a crime against woman. The words of Sailee would soothe the soul of readers and demand repetitive readings.
As the author instructs us to claim a place in society, she reminds us it's important to value ourselves and happiness. As the poet continues to offer words of encouragement, she also warns the readr=ers of imminent dark clouds in life.
I found the collection inspiring. Poetry is a niche market and it's very important how poets present their poems. And author succeeds by presenting her poems beautifully. the poems are simple, and they speak about the emotions a human holds. Overall, short and inspiring poetry collection.

As a reader what you need in a good book?
I need emotions, relatable characters, and suspense. And this book holds all the elements. I am always a big fan of historic fiction, and this book is just made me fall for it instantly.
This was a story of an educated and young girl Ava Miller with the backdrop of 19 century London. She belonged to a simple family who owned a book shop (another attractive factor). She was a girl with aspiration. She got a governess position offered by Mr. Riley. She was excited about her new job, but she was unaware of coming challenges and betrayals.
Peter has crafted an exciting historical romance that captivates and amazes the readers. Peter crafted the Ava character very strongly. The transformation journey of Ava from Innocent to strong women is so inspiring. The conflicts of human emotions are well represented by the author. Heart-pounding conflicts, an excitement that carries through to the very end, and many situations that keep you on the edge of your seat are all reasons to finish it in one go. I enjoyed every minute of this book and recommend it.

“The Blue moon day” is a collection of short stories, prepare to be immersed in the day-to-day activities of some relatable characters from different walks of life. Santosh Sivaraj combines many emotions and struggles in the stories: the pizza engineer, the messenger, not today, the storyteller, the heaven. This book holds a story of five men who are on the journey to discover the purpose of life. Though every story and character is different from each other, they are connected by one common thing the man who comes to rescue them all. Who is that person?

Every so often, some books grab you at the beginning and hold you spellbound to the finish. “The Tonic” is such a kind of novel. I find it a historical-political fiction read.
This is a story of two socially and psychologically uncomfortable young, Raem and Masher with a 90’s backdrop. They become a friend and this bond starts comforting each other. One day a magic chocolate (tonic) appeared in their hand and their life takes a 180-degree turn, they get the desired personality and became famous among people. But religious riots in Bombay changed their lives. in present 2017, Reymberg D’Souza, a media magnet kidnapped Raem. Who is Reymberg? Why he kidnapped Raem? To get these answers grab your copy.
The book holds a deep thought and explores many emotions such as friendship, love, courage, and atheism. The author writes on a sensitive topic intertwine of political myopia with religion and how it became a stimulant to create social differences and riots. The author did a commendable job in the narration of the time transition, I find it smooth. The book holds a rich vocabulary which makes it literary fiction. This is a worth reading book.
