“Sometimes happy memories stab us more painfully than sad ones.”
Love to hurt you by Rahul Saini is a short erotica thriller.
The story revolves around three characters, two female protagonists Sasha and Maya, who are completely different personalities, one male character Graun who is a perfect example of a man who is high on testosterone and filled with greed. He can do anything to achieve fame and money. There is a line “She likes to hurt. He likes to kill.” To find out who is the female who likes to hurt, grab your copy.
First of all the book cover is so intriguing which will immediately pull you in to pick this read. The characters are the best part of this read. though the characters are dark, portray the human psyche so well. however, I want to know more about Garun’s Psyche. The writing style is simple and fast-paced. One more thing I like about the story is there are some deep messages in between the lines. The plot talks about the inherent nature of human evil, greed, lust, and jealousy.
Overall, this is an easy and perfect thriller for beginner readers.

When I start reading “Day Turns Back” by “Sunil Sihag Gora” I was immediately drawn into the world of Harleen and Nitin with the backdrop of “summer of 99”, who were the main characters of the story. There is not just a romance in this book but there is a perfect amalgamation of thrill and social distress.
I find this book a romantic thriller and impressed by the expertise with which the author has woven a thriller angle into a romance. As one part of the story is about the dreamy romance of teenagers and another side slowly brings in the twists, climax, and transition of teens to adults. It is obvious that the author did quite some research on the coming-of-age part in which the whole story takes place as the little details are believable and create a coherent world.
The story is gripping and fast-paced and the drama, suspense, romance, and intrigue make it a compelling read. All the characters are well sketched and relatable. Overall, this is book moves from one point to the next fluidly and keeps you interested in what will happen next. I will surely be recommending this book to all.

The Lambda factor by Dimple Patel Desai is a taut ride of suspense that will not let you go.
The plot revolves around Galveston hospital which is badly hit by the category five hurricane. The situation was worst most people were evacuated from the hospital. But unfortunately, few patients with Dr. Dandica Diza and Shaka Sen were left in the hospital. The situation got worsen when they were exposed to a deadly virus strain. It connects me with the current situation we all are facing.
The author cleverly weaved medicine into a dramatic thriller and create a perfectly balanced plot. Not only the plot, characters, and dialogue believable, they would be chilling. I love the science combined with the thrill, and the author’s background and expertise in research lend authenticity. I enjoy Dimple’s writing style, which is explanatory, but not overly. this is a compelling read with unexpected turns and fascinating characters that fans of thrillers will love.

Pashmina Harmanjeet Singh Punia is a collection of short stories, prepare to be immersed in the pool of emotions of characters from different walks of life.
Our life is a maze of emotions and the stories of this book set in the contemporary era bring out the different human emotions: a warm feeling from a stranger, incomplete first love, not answered questions, childhood trauma, and desire. All the stories are unique in their way, holds an answer to the common question how does vulnerability feel like?
All the stories are heartfelt. it is very difficult to pick the favorite one, but “The ice cream” and “Primary teacher” just break my heart in all ways. The writing style is simple. I must say Harman narrates the accurate portrayal of life.

“Don't leave me Damaged” by “Dante Verren” is an emotional read holding the theme of hope.

He struggled to find a good job o take care of his siblings, on this struggle he met different kinds of people, some are helpful and full of humanity, and some were involved in wrongdoings.
My heart churns after reading the story of Sean, it is too much for a 19 years old boy to handle. But I love how he never loses hope. The writing is excellent, featuring a vivid description of the settings. The stream of consciousness is a technique that allows readers to navigate the mental state of the protagonist.
Overall, this is a deftly written story with emotionally rich characters.
