I was so excited when I saw this book on the Love N Vegas group! I haven’t read anything by Katelyn before and the tropes were right up my alley. And let me just say that it was better than I could have imagined. I’ve found a new to me author to obsess over and I can’t wait meet her at Love n Vegas. This book follows Blake, a girl just trying to rebuild her life after leaving a garbage ex by moving to Seattle.  Her life is small, work , home and 1 friend Gabby. On one of her walks home she walks by an alley and catches the attention of Zayden. He was bleeding out and saw her and thought she was his angel. He became obsessed with her and stalked her (yummy) Zayden gets locked up and asks his brother (twin brother) to watch over her while he’s away. And boy did he, once Dominic saw her he wanted her for himself. The story that this book told had me on the edge of my seat and the spice! Oh the spice was top tier yumminess! Who’s my favorite Graves brother?? Dominic. No, no Zayden. I can’t decide so why not both? Excuse me while I go read every other book Katelyn’s ever written.

Oh my love of the Langfield brothers is infinite. This book follows Gavin and Millie. Who is Millie????? Well his best friends daughter! You read that right. But when they meet Gavin didn’t know but Millie did. She wouldn’t even tell him her name so he called her Peaches, because she loves a good peach margarita(same girl). And the hook up between these two was beyond HOT!!!! He falls first and hard but she’s not ready for a lot of things just yet. The push and pull in this book is next level. Then you add in a sweet baby Vivi, who was left on Gavin’s front door and my heart was melting. He fell for Vivi fast and hard too. I love banter and the Langfield brothers group chat had me cracking up. I bet it would be so much fun to be apart of that family. I thought Brooks was my favorite but Gavin has taken over that spot with his loving heart and dirty mouth. I cannot wait for Aiden’s story!

Barbed Wire Hearts was my first cowboy romance in years and I only wanted to read it because Kendra Moreno was writing it. You know when you have an author that has a writing style that just grabs you? And let me tell you, I wasn’t disappointed. The storytelling is excellent, and the spice was HOT!
Barbed Wire Hearts follows Kate, Wiley, Dakota and Levi. Kate has to leave her home because her dumpster fire of an ex told a mob boss that she could repay all the money he owes. But the mob boss will gladly take her if she can’t pay up. So Kate packs up her car and her best buddy, William Shakespurr, and hits the road. She finds herself in a town states away and meets a very handsome Wiley who is placing flyers looking for workers. She decides to give it a go, and Dakota can’t turn away the help. The 3 cowboys enjoy watching the city girl learn the ways of the ranch. I absolutely loved watching how her relationship grew with each of the guys individually as well as together. And each of the boys has a dark past ( yummy). I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I really hope this turns in to a duet or a series because who doesn’t want to save a horse and ride a cowboy or three. Yeehaw!

After devouring Rich Boy and Goal Boy was so ready for Travis’s book, Puck Boy. This is the 3rd book in the series and I was so pumped to see if we would get some closure from the first two books. And we did!!!
Travis sees Bea the new girl at a party he was having. It was lust at first site and my girl Bea made him work for it. The chemistry between Travis and Bea was an inferno!!! They both love spicy sleep and Bea had to problem asking for exactly what she wanted. So many secrets are revealed in this book and I was shook!!!!! Do you hate all three evil dads? Yes! Do you love the brotherhood between Travis, Logan and Blake?  1000x YES. Did you see what the next book on the horizon is?! Crawford Brothers! I can’t wait!

The first thing I need to say is check the trigger warnings on this novella, she may be short but there’s a lot packed in here.
I’ve read a lot of books , dark books. But I can say without a doubt I haven’t hated a character as much as Atticus in a while. He’s an absolute garbage human being and that just shows how great the writing is to make me feel that way. Wounded Wing is a Novella that is a prequel of what’s to come, and let me tell you, I’ll be waiting on the edge of my seat. Mae was a girl who was just trying to get a job to take care of herself and her son. Atticus was a creep that took advantage of her and twisted her in to what he wanted. We briefly meet, Alexei , Ángel and Ren who all vow to help Mae, but will they be able to? And who’s agent Mitchell? I want answers and I am willing to wait because the character development was so strong  that Mae is now my best friend and I need to know she’s ok. I know the wait will be worth it because Mae’s story is just beginning.

Lost Boyz Ink is the first book in The Pixie Hallow Series which is a loose retelling of Peter Pan. Mix in some mafia vibes and smut to make for a fun ride. We get to learn all about Carlisle James “Pan”, Vincent Abbott “Hook”, Easton Drakos “Shadow “ and their soon to be wife Billie Jean Claybourne-Gable.  At the start of every chapter there is a little blurb from Pixie Dust 24/7(a gossip site) that sets the stage for each chapter which I loved. Are you wondering about Billie Jean? Let me tell you , she loves her family, she’s stubborn and has a no nonsense attitude. She doesn’t put up with any of her boyz demands unless she really wants to (wink, wink). If you’re wondering who my favorite Lost Boy is, it has to be Shadow!!! Because….I enjoy the darkness of him. There are a lot of characters that’s are introduced in this book and I love that we will learn more about them in the upcoming Pixie Hallow books. If you are looking for steam and action this books for you.

If you enjoy dark books then this book is right up your alley. But first you need to check the trigger warnings on this book. It has a lot of extremely graphic scenes that will not be ok for everyone. There are Content Warnings before you get to any of the graphic sections so you can still enjoy the book but skip those chapters. Lux sees the murder of her parents and vows to avenge them. Since she is under 18 she’s take to detention center and has to wait to age out. At the detention center Lux and Jo become fast friends and they have a friendship that’s strong AF. Things at the detention center are rough a big change from her life before. Of course a group of mean girls hate Lux and a group of guys who make her life hell, Cade and Stone say she owns them her life. But why? And who’s this new hottie  Atticus? Lux ends up getting placed with a family but they are horrible and do unspeakable things to her. There’s even mystery villain! There are twists and turns and it’s definitely a why choose situation. This story has so many layers, when I got to the end I was screaming I need more! What happens next?!?! Tell me!!! Genevieve you got me good! But I’ll be good and wait patiently for the next one to come out.

Mayhem picked up right on the cliffhanger that Chaos left us on. And OMG I didn’t see any of that coming, I wouldn’t have guessed that the person who saved the day was…..you’ll have to read to find out. But man just when you think you know how the story goes,  bam, everything you thought goes up in flames! This book is raw, filthy and emotional. I cried my eyes out a few times, and I only cry when the writing has pulled me in. This book is high on spicy action that you keeps you panting and wanting more. This book has a very healthy Trigger Warning list so check it out before you dive in.

Oh my gosh, Possession is another spicy as hell book by your favorite author and mine BJ Alpha. This story follows Rafael a notorious mob boy and single dad. He needs a new nanny and mother for is very sweet son Oliver and is looking to fill that position (wink wink). Ellie is a sweet innocent 18 year old who is besties with Jade (Daddy’s Addiction). While at Jades house Rafael sees Ellie and he knows he wants her!!! And what he wants he takes. This book has a great plot but it’s also heavy on spice, which makes it an excellent read. If you love a possessive, dominant mob boy who takes an innocent girl and makes her his little doll, then Rafael is the man for you. I devoured this book, I know when I read anything by BJ alpha it’s gonna be hot, Hot, HOT.

I love Shae Ruby but I was not emotionally prepared for how much this book had me a crying mess. The story is incredible, the characters and their relationship were so meaningful. Bailey escaped a horrible abuser and made a new life for herself in Seattle near her bestie Cheyenne. Now the relationship between the two of them is my ideal friendship. You love each other no matter what, and you always have their back. Now Bailey is a nurse but due to her past she has a hard time dealing with male patients, PTSD I’m sure. So she’s just brisk with them, some would say she’s mean. But not Theo, a super hot hockey player with major golden retriever vibes who came in with a skull fracture. I love that he didn’t let her grumpiness deter him from winning her over. She didn’t want a relationship, so they were friends with benefits but it turns in to more, much more. And the dirty mouth on Theo!!! So hot!!  I can’t say enough about how amazing this book was, I sucked me in and now I need to wait for my bestie to finish so we can talk about it, because I need my free therapy.
