Thank you NetGalley for the ARC of this book!
I loved this book! The intricate lore surrounding each sea being, the complexities of a society forced to mesh together, misguided revolutionaries… I thoroughly enjoyed every second of this book and will be excitedly waiting for the sequel!

A Story Spun in Scarlet by Renee Dugan

Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this book!
It’s been awhile since I’ve read such a good standalone fantasy novel. Everything about this book is just so freaking cool. I especially loved the world itself. The land of Mithra-Sha, the land where stories have immeasurable power. I just loved everything about it.
I cannot forget to shout out my love for Audra Jashowin either. She’s such a great main character and I loved reading from her point of view.
A Story Spun in Scarlet is a must read for anyone looking for a standalone fantasy novel!

The City of Stardust by Georgia Summers
3.75
First and foremost, thank you NetGalley for the ARC!
The City of Stardust transports the reader to a wonderfully celestial world that is unlike any I’ve ever read before. This book has such a unique concept and Georgia Summers executes it so well.
Although the book may start slow for some, once it starts there is no stopping. I was on the edge of my seat wondering what could be next.
A wonderful celestial fantasy book that I would 1000% recommend to anyone.

Firstly, thank you so much to NetGalley for the ARC of this book!
Regency era cottage-core witchy sapphic romance. If that made you perk up then this book is 1000% for you. I absolutely loved everything about reading this and I will never be able to recommend it enough. Shields’ ability to weave such a beautiful story that leaves you with tears in your eyes at the end is amazing. If every romance book was like this then it would be my favorite genre.

The Concealed by S.K. Horton
I think this book is perfect for a younger age demographic than I am. I could see myself absolutely loving it in late elementary to middle school. It’s like a great introduction to YA Fantasy.
Unfortunately, because I am older, I just don’t think this book is for me but, also because I’m older, I think that’s completely okay! Regardless, thank you so much to Aethon Books and NetGalley for letting me read it!
