A very good book with a lot of useful and important information for anyone who has dealt with trauma.
I purchased the Audible version, and was quite happy with it. The reader did a great job of presenting the material.
Anyone who has experienced trauma or knows someone that has should read this book. It will help you to better understand yourself, and the importance of recovery.
It will also help you to understand a person you may know who has suffered through trauma. This book will give you insight as to what they're going through but may be unable to explain to you.

I only read 13% of the book. I did not realize what type of book it was. I wasn't familiar with the author. I was very disgusted with the perversion in the book and had to stop reading it.

Short and To the Point

I wanted a short book with useful tips and tools to use as a quick reference. This book book does exactly that. It has a lot of useful information compacted into a small book so whatever you're looking for is easy to find.

I gave the book 4 instead of 5 stars because I disagree on the statement that anyone dealing with the problems listed in the book should be on medication.
