I do not know how I feel about this book.

The State of Us by Shaun David Hutchinson

First I have to say this - The Electric Heir was a hard book to read. And it is supposed to be! It deals with a lot of heavy topics that need to be discussed more, ESPECIALLY in sci fi and fantasy (and not only contemporaries) - Lee did it all with care, sensitive without romanticizing.
This book broke my heart, but it also pieced it back together in the end.
A must read for anyone who loves dystopian/sci fi books - but do check TW before going into this duology.
