I apparently read the wrong Emily Henry book first because I loved this!!
Wyn and Harry are my favorite and I actually loved this. Their whole story was so complex and made so much sense in the context of the stort.

Definitely the kind of poetry that makes me question if I get it or not. Maybe Tay should stick to lyrics...

I don't think I've liked a book this much that made me cry as many times as it did.
Is the premise cheesy? Absolutely. Are there a million ways it could have been done wrong? One thousand percent. Was it absolutely adorable and heart-wrenching anyway? Unequivocally yes. I love Florence and Ben so much, and want to live in the Victorian mansion turned funeral home so so badly.

Overall, I liked it, but the pacing was strange. Rushed in some places, achingly slow in others, and not necessarily where you would expect them to go that speed.
I think, too, I had a hard time with Luzia as a whole, but can't quite put my finger on why.
I did very much like the ending though! Definitely a twist on what I'd expected, but in a good way.

Very cute, short little story! We don't actually get Ada and Dermot in the first book, so it was nice to have their origin story.

The actual only thing keeping this from being a 5 star book is the ending - not that it was bad, but it was rushed. It needed more time to breathe and more time to resolve.
Other than that I am obsessed. I devoured this little book when I was sure I would hate it, but also Heather Mclarry has never steered me wrong yet. I will read so many more of these silly little ranch romances and giggle my little heart out.

The creepy history of a (regrettably, fake) New York apartment building and possible cult ties had me 100% in for.
There was one tiny thing in the end that bugged me, but overall, in spite of the pace (it's over, like, 7 days), I really enjoyed. An apparent trend with Riley's books.

I have never really wanted to go to summer camp, but this made me long for a lake to read this by. I kept envisioning a twisted version of the Parent Trap camp (the Lindsay Lohan version, of course; I now have the strongest craving for peanut butter and oreos).
Sager's final twists are consistently the cherry on top - always additive. So far (3 books in for now) there's not one I'm mad at, where for other thrillers that last little bit has almost ruined the rest of it (looking at you, The Chateau, mon cherie).

Absolutely would never have thought stealing from museums would be this easy, but this guy makes it look like it's nothing.
This read like a miniseries documentary, and I think my only complaint was that it didn't have more pictures - of the places he stole from or the items he stole (or honestly stills from the videos he took of his trove! I would have loved to see what things looked like in his little art-stuffed attic trove).

This is absolutely adorable. The story told through the books they find was excellent on its own, but the way it gets connected to characters outside of them is equally great.
I had an excellent time with this book, and will forever be testing to see if I can develop Ashlyn's ability to feel echos in books.
