Very cute. Very very cute. Pretty short but all of it was goodness hence the 5 stars. I adore both characters and look forward to reading more about Nick and Charlie.
Super cute book and so fun! The enemies to lovers aspect was great yet both characters ended up being complete sweethearts. Would have liked a little more development for the romance though. The other aspects of the book such as the focus on Henley’s career, relationship with her sister and the theme of sexism in the workplace were all developed well. No overwhelming smut = a win for me.
This book seemed to never end lol. But because of that I felt like I really went on a journey with these characters. The romance was super cute and I really adored Oliver especially. The relationship was slow burn enough for me too! Yay!
I enjoyed the romance in this book for the most part. Friend to lovers, love to see it. However, wish there would have been more of the love triangle that was hinted at in the book description. Also wish the ending conflict would have gone differently as it made it difficult to root for the couple at the end. I also had to dock a star for the uncomfortable, bad choices made having the main character imitate a black character which other reviewers have discussed. For a book written only two years ago, I think it was a little too problematic.
Wow, I liked this romance so much better than chloe brown. Yay! Dani and Zaf were both such unique, fun characters and together their chemistry was great! Very big fan of this one.
Finally finished this book! It took…a while. Still living for Manon and Dorian. But I am liking Aelin, Rowan and Aedion less and less. Not loving the plot either.
I definitely enjoyed this final instalment in the trilogy (and am intrigued to read the companion series some day). The plot really came together in this one which I appreciated while the romance took a back seat until the end. I appreciated the mix of mystery, thriller, horror and romance aspects throughout this series!
I really enjoyed this volume! I loved the fun setting in Paris and getting to know the other side characters more. I can really picture it being a great tv adaptation. Some important topics are being covered too.
This one took more of a serious turn but still love it! Seriously excited for the tv show.
