Forget Me Twice by Carina Taylor

This book was so sweet and funny! I love a second chance romance, especially when it’s in a marriage or previous marriage in this case. The plot was really unique and made for a really easy and enjoyable read.

Meyer was so relatable and quick witted and Archie was so endearing - making for a great couple!

I would have loved a little bit more angst nearer the end and before they ‘reunited’ as it did feel rushed.

Overall, lovely read that I easily consumed within a day and would definitely recommend, if you’re looking for a closed-door second chance romance!

I have a dilemma! What happens if you rate the first book of the series 5/5, but this one is better?!

This. Book. Was. Everything! My jaw hurts. My heart hurts. My soul hurts. But for all the best reasons. Once again, Chloe Liese has written a book so comically gripping yet emotionally enchanting, whilst repping important real life experiences: rheumatoid arthritis and autism.

Ren, Ren, Ren… almost too sweet but then enters dirty talking Ren and that criticism was quickly forgotten. His subtle support and protectiveness of Frankie was perfect and fully complimented our independent and brave FMC.

I loveddd Frankie! The way she portrayed the challenges people on the spectrum experience was really important but more so was the message of how they can manage these challenges and hopefully see improvements in their lives. The scene with Ziggy really encapsulated this hopeful journey

I really thought I’d love this book! The premise, the plot and the way the original story was twisted but I really failed to click with Wendy and James!

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the links between the original and this take on a retelling, but honestly, Wendy annoyed me in the OG and she annoyed me now.

The spice was top notch and I did enjoy James/Hook as our MMC. I feel Wendy only found her true self very late in the book and I would have preferred it much earlier on and seen her stronger and confident side for a longer period of time.

I called the big bang really early on and I should stop doing this, because it really ruins books for me sometimes as I am just anticipating the twist!

The writing was really good, descriptive and great balance of internal and external dialogue. Will read the next book in the series, just in case it was my taking on the MC’s relationship in this particular book!

Eughhhh, this book!!! thanks to Chloe Liese for writing this beautiful master piece. The writing was breath taking and I really applaud how certain disabilities were discussed - we need more of this!

I usually like either the MMC or FMC more, but I equally loved Willa and Ryder in this book. The banter, intimacy and trust-building between these two

Firstly, huge thank you to Grace for the E-ARC! Secondly…. MY LOVE FOR COLLEGE ROMANCE IS BACK! For a minute, I though I was over that whole genre, as I continually struggled to relate to the characters. This did not happen with this book and I loved every minute
