This is an amazing book for female athletes. First off, women aren't small men, and all kinds of things that work for men don't work as well for women. The book outlines hormones, nutrition, blood markers, the mind, and even pregnancy and menopause. Highly recommend! I listened to the audio version and bought the print as a reference because there's so much great material.

Some interesting stuff for sure, but overall I think the book is meant for way more serious athletes than I ever could or even wanted to be.
